Very disappointing…
I ordered the limited edition 2026 Easter erasable pens, and received ladybug pens instead. Now the Easter pens are sold out everywhere and you are refunding me instead of sending me the product I ordered. Very poor customer service.

J’ai dû contacter le service client pour signaler l’erreur.
Dommage, car les produits Legami sont attractifs, mais l’expérience client sur le site laisse à désirer.

Les stylos sont adorables et c’est un plaisir de les collectionner.
Malheureusement il y a un gros défaut concernant les bouchons qui se fissurent très souvent et qui ne tiennent plus sur les stylos. C’est encore plus dérangeant quand cela se produit sur des stylos qu’on ne peut plus retouver.

N'ayant aucun moyens de vous contacter ni de répondre, merci de rechercher mon nom et prénom dans votre base et de me recontacter via mon mail
***J’ai commandé en janvier des legami sans créer de compte, j'ai bien été prélevé.
Entre temps, j’ai perdu mon numéro de commande et j’ai jamais reçu ma commande ni d'avis d'expédition. Cela fait un mois que j’ai commandé. Décevant !

Mauvaise expérience
Bonjour, j'ai passé ma commande, avoir paiement réussi. De cela j ai reçu un mail me signalant un remerciement et que j allais avoir un lien pour le suivi de ma commande. Hors à ce jour, toujours pas et restant sans information en leur écrivant pour avoir le nom de leur transporteur. Par contre je reçois gentillement un mail comme quoi la personne est en congé de nouvel an du 17 au 24 février. Plusieurs mails envoyés et tjs ce même mail de retour et ce même en posant différentes questions.
