UNWELCOMING AND RUDE
Don't go in there, if you just want your eyes tested ......so unwelcoming, rude....you WILL feel uncomfortable if you are not interested in buying their glasses. My mum won't be going there either and she does (DID) buy glasses from them. I really felt like I was a nuisance and was really glad to get out of the branch.

Hearing aid problem solved
I had a difficult issue with my hearing aids, in that after their going away (separately) for servicing I couldn't pair them. Margaret was very thorough and determined as it wasn't easy - the aids had been configured differently. Problem solved, really good service.

Problem with my ear
I popped into Andover as I’ve been having trouble with my ear just to ask some advice, they were so helpful and booked me in later that day for a hearing test and to have a look down my ear, Margaret Delaney‑Munn was amazing so lovely lots of helpful advice plus she also wrote to my doctor with what she had found. I am so glad I went in as I’m now getting the treatment I need plus finally got referred to ENT.So would like to say a very big thank you to Margaret Delaney‑Munn for your help.

Brilliant staff, brilliant frames!
Where do I start? Having used generic High Street opticians for a number of years, I have always found the service to be mundane and staff showing little attention or interest. Today I went to Leightons for the 1st time, because they had some frames that I wished to look at. What a difference! All of the staff were so polite, professional and knowledgeable.
