Such a thorough and informative course. Definitely improved my skills and confidence in Bread & Patisserie.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Leiths Online Cookery Course. The videos were very clear and well presented. There was lots of feedback given by the very supportive mentors and it was a thoroughly rewarding experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to further their knowledge and skill in baking, all from their own home.

This course is ideal for anybody that wants to take their cooking to a level up or wants to start a career in culinary arts.
Excellent value for money

Both of my kids took the Duke of Edinburgh Award course and loved it. The videos were very convenient and well presented and the feedback was genuinely helpful and considered. The recipes are also really wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone

great course, learnt a lot

My daughter loved the cooking lessons and so do I. The recipes were delicious and we are still cooking some of them.,

Some suggestions is to offer some replacements if the child is allergic or doesn’t eat certain foods.

Definitely recommend this course!

Loved the video tutorial and the list of shopping and equipment needed is very detailed.

Excellent course for teenage boy to learn how to cook, range of cooking techniques practiced, online teaching was so easy to follow, weekly feedback was prompt and helpful.

The content of the course was in-depth. I learnt many new techniques, skills and gained confidence. The theory notes were full of relevant information and tips. The videos are easy to follow also with in depth information. Feedback from your cooking was extremely helpful, also a quick response.
Getting hold of your tutor was easy, no problem to ask any questions and a very quick response.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course, accessing the content was easy, lots of recipes, tips, skills and techniques to follow, learn and develop your own knowledge and skills.
The information before you sign up about time you need to cook and the content of the course is spot on.

I’ve just completed the online course “Essential Bread and patisserie”. It is an excellent course which is both very well designed and presented, with time plans , ingredients and equipment lists and recipes. Leith’s own tutors teach the content in professionally made videos which can be watched as many times as you want for up to a year from the start date. I’ve gained so much confidence and learnt so much!

My son has completed the Duke of Edinburgh Cookery Course with Leiths. Absolutely fantastic! Amazing flavour combinations, ideas and super clear guidance and instruction!! Would highly recommend!!!

My son did this course for his duke of Edinburgh, I thought it was pricey initially but it was well worth every penny. He thoroughly enjoyed it and it has sparked a love of cooking and really improved his confidence. He's made several of the recipes repeatedly, especially pancakes. He even made the bonus cake recipe for his dads birthday. If there was a follow up course we would do it again.
