Tout est très bien, le vélo, la compagnie, le service mais il y a un problème avec la couleur réelle du vélo :

Outstanding experience
I’ve been incredibly happy with my Lekker Amsterdam Urban e-bike. The mid-drive motor gives it a very natural riding feel, unlike many e-bikes and the automatic gears let you choose how much effort you want to put in. You can still enjoy the feeling of riding a real bike while getting just the right amount of assistance, which is exactly what I was looking for.
On top of that, the customer service has been outstanding. From the collection experience to a recent repair, everything has been smooth, professional and well communicated. The repair was completed within few hours and I was kept informed throughout the process.
Overall, it’s been a genuine five-star experience. I couldn’t be happier with both the bike and the service.

Gisteren boven verwachting snel en goed…
Gisteren boven verwachting snel en goed geholpen. Moest vanuit Haarlem mijn fiets brengen en dacht m lang kwijt te zijn. Medewerker heeft meteen de fiets ingenomen en is aan het repareren geslagen. 20 minuten later kon ik met een goed gerepareerde fiets weer terug naar Haarlem

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kundenservice von Lekker Bikes sowie mit meinem Fahrrad.
Ich habe mir letztes Jahr ein Lekker Bike gekauft und hatte nach einem Jahr Probleme mit dem Akku.
Lekker Bike hat mir ganz unkompliziert einen neuen Akku zukommen lassen. Der Austausch per Mail war sehr hilfreich, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

I got the ordered bike and was a bit…
I got the ordered bike and was a bit anoid for the remote for the motor was not installed and not in the package. The in the stem integrated display looked different to that on the website. Anyway, we got in touch with the lekker bikes customer support and we immediately got response. That was very good !!! I think, they should be more conscientious concerning packaging (like the missingand remote ) and changes (like the upgrated display), so lekker bike could avoid this kind of claims. In the end we sorted out everything and the customer service gets 5 from 5 stars from my side !!!

Goede ervaring aftersales!
Al bijna 6 jaar veel fietsplezier met de Amsterdam GT uit 2020. Recent fijne ervaring met de aftersales van LekkerBikes. Bafang display raakte los op het stuur na het verliezen van een kleine inbusschroef. Binnen enkele dagen nieuwe schroef (en extra exemplaren) via de post ontvangen en probleem opgelost. Zeer snelle en fijne communicatie. Heel tevreden mee!
