Smooth and quick
From placing the order to delivery by postal service it was all very quick and smooth. Mounting the bike (straighten the handle bar and attaching the pedals etc) was easy and there was even a video for it.
Getting the right extras was a bit confusing and I am missing a lock right on the back wheel for quick stop overs.

Exzellenter Service - Ich liebe mein Jobrad
Ich habe mein Lekker Bike über Jobrad erworben. Die Lieferzeit war etwas lang, aber das warten hat sich so etwas von gelohnt. Ich hatte nach dem Erhalt des Bikes mehrfach Kontakt mit dem deutschen Lekker Support und das war einfach eine ganz besonders gute Erfahrung. Ich habe selten so einen zügigen, freundlichen, kompetenten und zuvorkommenden Kundenservice erlebt.
Ich würde mich immer wieder für ein Lekker Bike entscheiden und bin total happy mit dem Fahrgefühl dieses tollen Fahrrads!

Lekker-Berlin ist ein kleiner, aber vielversprechender Fahrradladen mit dem Potenzial, ganz groß zu werden. Die Kontaktaufnahme verlief unkompliziert, ein Rückruf erfolgte zeitnah. Der Online-Kauf funktioniert reibungslos – dennoch ist ein Besuch vor Ort empfehlenswert, um die Räder persönlich zu erleben.
Vor Ort bietet sich die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Modelle zu testen. Fragen werden kompetent und freundlich beantwortet. Die Fahrräder überzeugen durch ein stilvolles Retro-Design und durchdachte technische Lösungen.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das engagierte Team: freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit einem offenen Ohr für individuelle Anliegen – was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wer sich Gedanken über den Service macht, kann beruhigt sein: Für Garantiearbeiten stehen Vertragspartner zur Verfügung.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist stimmig, wobei die Qualität der Produkte insgesamt sehr hochwertig ist. Allerdings bemerkte ich nach einiger Zeit, dass der Sattel nicht optimal für mich war. Der Terry Fisio GTC Gel Men Touring Comfort Sattel wurde somit zu meinem ständigen Begleiter auf der Sattelstütze. Die mlni-Satteltasche ist eine praktische Ergänzung. Fazit: Ein Besuch lohnt sich – nicht nur wegen der Fahrräder, sondern auch wegen des sympathischen Gesamteindrucks. Berlin ist eben immer eine Reise wert.

Update: nach der negative Bewertung zeigt sich Lekkerbikes sehr Engagiert meine Kundenzufriedenheit wiederherstellen. Sie bemühen sich sehr darum alle Informationen zu holen damit die Probleme auf Garantiefall geprüft werden können.
Ein Plastikteil bei der Kette ist bei der 3-4. Fahrt abgefallen. Das Fahrrad war nach knapp 350 km nicht fahrtüchtig, da die Speichen sich gelockert haben.

Leider konnten wir bisher keine Nachricht von dir zu diesen Problemen finden und hatten daher keine Möglichkeit, dich vorher zu unterstützen.

I think LEKKERBIKES service a very good.
I think LEKKERBIKES offers a brilliant service. The mounting bracket for our control panel had snapped. I sent an email on Saturday, received a reply on Saturday, and they’d already sent the spare part! Brilliant. That’s what I call a very, very good service.

Eigentlich habe ich mich sehr auf mein…
Eigentlich habe ich mich sehr auf mein Lekker Bike Jordaan GT gefreut. Aufgrund persönlicher Umstände konnte ich das Fahrrad in den ersten zwei Jahren nur sehr wenig nutzen. Entsprechend hatte es nach Ablauf der Garantie gerade einmal rund 200 km Laufleistung.
Als ich das Fahrrad dann häufiger nutzen wollte, funktionierte die Unterstützung plötzlich nicht mehr. Nach verschiedenen Prüfungen deutet vieles darauf hin, dass der Trittsensor defekt ist. Ob dies mit der langen Standzeit zusammenhängt, kann ich nicht beurteilen.
Positiv hervorheben möchte ich den Kundenservice: Auf meine Anfragen wurde schnell und freundlich reagiert. Dafür gibt es ausdrücklich Lob.
Enttäuschend ist jedoch, dass sich für das eigentliche Problem keine praktikable Lösung gefunden hat. Ein E-Bike in dieser Preisklasse sollte nach meiner Meinung auch bei geringer Laufleistung deutlich langlebiger sein. Zudem ist es schwierig, einen Servicepartner zu finden, der das Rad vor Ort reparieren kann. Die wenigen Möglichkeiten sind mit erheblichem Aufwand und hohen Kosten verbunden.
Am Ende bleibt für mich das Gefühl, viel Geld für ein Fahrrad ausgegeben zu haben, das nach sehr geringer Nutzung nicht mehr zuverlässig funktioniert und nur schwer instand gesetzt werden kann. Das ist schade, denn das Konzept und das Design des Fahrrads gefallen mir nach wie vor sehr gut. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung würde ich mich heute vermutlich nicht noch einmal für diesen Kauf entscheiden.

Nach deiner Schilderung wurde das Fahrrad in den ersten Jahren nur rund 200 km gefahren. Das ist natürlich eine außergewöhnlich geringe Laufleistung. Auch wenn die reguläre Garantie inzwischen abgelaufen ist, möchten wir uns deinen Fall gerne noch einmal genauer ansehen und gemeinsam mit dir eine passende Lösung finden.

Jordaan Limited Edition GTS eBike
I bought this bike last month and had some questions around the correct setting of the brakes.
Gabriel from the Berlin location was very helpful and prompt responding to my emails.
During the email conversation he came up with the suggestion to send me an additional control pad without additional costs - something I thankfully accepted because the bike comes without it and using the bike is much more pleasant with this pad.
I'm very happy about the service Lekker is providing and I can recommend buying from them.
