⢠Excellente réactivité du personnel.
⢠Les vidéos explicatives disponibles sur YouTube sont trÚs bien conçues et facilitent la réparation. Elles permettent au consommateur de remplacer lui-même la piÚce, ce que jâapprécie particuliÚrement !
Ce que jâai moins apprécié :
⢠AprÚs seulement 3 ans dâutilisation, le diffuseur métallique chromé de ma cafetiÚre est fortement endommagé : la couche de chrome sâest en partie détériorée, laissant apparaître le métal.
⢠Ce qui mâinquiÚte, câest dâavoir potentiellement ingéré des particules de chrome dans le café, ce qui nâest certainement pas bon pour la santé.
⢠Jâai pu recommander une piÚce neuve, mais je me demande combien de temps elle va durer. Faut-il alerter les associations de consommateurs ?

Absolutely thrilled with my Bianca V3 - it's a superb piece of kit. I read several reviews before purchase, which were all positive - only negative from some reviewers was build quality, but I'm happy to report, that for me personally the build quality is excellent. This espresso machine is fantastic for people who have a strong understanding of coffee and want to develop their skills further

Bei mir hat sich nach kurzer Zeit der Holzgriff von dem SiebtrÀger gelöst. Das konnte ich noch selbst reparieren. Aber dann begann das Holz zu reiÃen. Offensichtlich ist der Griff nicht fÃŒr die thermische und physische Belastung ausgelegt. Nachdem ich dazu mehrfach Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice hatte, ich erst die Rechnung senden sollte, dann nochmal die Fotos (die ich bereits im Formular mit hochgeladen hatte), sagte man mir am Ende "GemÀà den europÀischen Vorschriften ist der HÀndler fÃŒr die Garantie und den After-Sales-Service der von ihm verkauften Produkte verantwortlich."
Man möchte dem Kunden (der eine Espressomaschine fÌr 2.000⬠gekauft hat) anscheinend nicht schnell und unbÌrokratisch helfen. Lieber tut man so, als wÌrde eine Rechtsvorschrift einer kulanten Hilfe im Weg stehen. So funktioniert Kundenbindung auf jeden Fall nicht. Und ich werde jedem von dem Kauf eine Lelit (Sage,⊠die auch zu dem Konzern gehören) dringend abraten.
