Great customer service

I figured out the problem on my own. I suggest you have better start up procedures on lelit machines. I found a u tube video showing me the water lines and water filter hook up. I had the filter set up on the wrong line causing mold spots in the water line

Best customer service!

We were having issues with the milk frother on our Lelit Grace. Customer service was very helpful. They gave us detailed instructions on how to check what was wrong, where to buy replacements, and how to repair it ourselves at home. Now our Lelit is running like new again, and we are very happy with the service we received. We also saved over €200 that a technician in Germany wanted for checking and repairing it.

Assistenza per ricambi fuori produzione

Ho avuto bisogno di acquistare un pezzo di ricambio per un articolo fuori produzione, il servizio clienti mi ha indicato uno shop esterno con il miglior prezzo sul mercato per l'articolo. Nulla da eccepire!

I ordered the wrong item from Lelit, and needed to return it. Lelit provided some helpful information about how to arrange for the courier to collect the item.

The item was collected on time, and I have received my refund. All good!

Poor Customer Support

I had to send daily emails for 7 days to customer service to get the next steps for warranty swap (machine malfunctioning). I believe that for a high quality product like this a better and faster response. I had to make changes on parts before agreeing to the swap leaving me without a machine for several weeks

My Mara x started having issues

My Mara x started having issues, lelit was very helpful in helping me fix the issue at home by giving me step by step instructions. I just wish there was an actually number I could have called to speak with someone, took a little more then 24 hours to respond to emails.

Poor quality machine broken within the


Poor quality machine broken within the first year. Used the machine about 10 times. Customer care wanted $900 to fix a $1800 machine where the parts cost around $50. On Reddit many people complain about the poor quality or their new Lelit machines. I will be sure to tell everyone never to buy a Lelit machine when asked on the Reddit coffee group.
