Keine zufriedenstellende Lösung fÌr Ersatzteile

Meine Anfrage wurde schnell bearbeitet. Ich habe ein Ersatzteil benötigt, das einen Wert von wenigen € hat. Leider war die einzige angebotene Lösung der Erwerb eines mehrere hundert € teuren Ersatzteile Sets.

Great experience

Great experience - I ordered a machine that was deemed to be too large by the fam, then replaced it seamlessly for a smaller version

The service team was quick in answering


The service team was quick in answering my doubts, they substituted a defective item quickly and they also proposed a cleaning and descaling program for the machine (something I was looking for).

La serietà Ú apprezzata

All’arrivo la macchina, anche se nuova, non era funzionante. Contattata l’assistenza ho ricevuto un’etichetta per spedire al mittente la macchina difettosa e nel giro di alcuni giorni ho ricevuto una macchina nuova Ú perfettamente funzionante.
A fronte di un disguido l’azienda Ú stata serissima.

Nobody responded for weeks

Nobody responded for weeks. I called breville 4+ times to get my problem resolved. After I got a return issued they took over a month to get the money back.

Great experience

Great experience! My Bianca V3 arrived with a bent frame. Chris's coffee immediately sent me a claim form, and then Matthew from Lelit arranged the return for the damaged machine, and quickly overnighted me a new V3! It's working great and I'm pulling fantastic shots! Excellent customer service!

Reparación siguiendo video de ejemplo.

Diagnosticaron el problema de mi cafetera tras enviarles un video y me informaron de lo necesario para solucionarlo.
Al principio da miedo meter mano en la máquina, pero cuando ves que el coste de la reparación han sido 15€, merece la pena.

Mostly a great experience

Great experience getting the machine, not so great when i exchanged Anna for Victoria. Sage/Breville customer service were a shambles but unfortunately that is where the return/exchange had to land. 5 phones calls regarding refund of ALL components ensued (Refunded the machine immediately) & ended up emailing Lelit Italy to assist with the issue. They did immediately & hance why i have awarded 5 stars as all bar Saga C/S everything was excellent. Ordering direct & delivery were quick & speedy. Communication with Lelit was brilliant. Without Sage C/S involvement it would have been 5+ Stars
