LemonBooking - For community venues レビュー 

We've been using LemonBooking for the last 14 months or so, and have only recently launched the online calendars to our customers - the feedback so far has been great!
Our set up was fairly complex, as we have a number of venues and different spaces to hire at each location, but the team guided us through the implementation, which has gone very smoothly.
Paul and the team have been super helpful and have supported us through the entire process, to ensure our requirements were met. Whenever we've had a query or question, we always receive a quick and knowledgeable response from the team.
In summary, it's a great booking system with extensive features, backed up by fantastic support from the LemonBooking team. We haven't looked back!

After a couple of months exploring the potential of the Lemon Booking system for handling bookings for our local village hall, we finally took the plunge in April 2024 and have never looked back.
The system is not only very comprehensive, it is also extremely flexible, and the ability to customise it is one of it's great strengths. A degree of support is probably necessary to get the best out of it, but fortunately this has been second to none. Responses to queries have generally been received within 24 hours, and these have included answers to questions, useful additional suggestions and on a few occasions, minor enhancements to the system itself.
Would definitely not go back the old paper system, and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

We implemented LemonBooking system in November 2023. Our website, bookings and raising invoices are now all done through LemonBooking.The support to convert our data from an existing website to our LemonBooking website and booking information was outstanding and the support since we have implemented, again outstanding. No question asked is too small. We are all volunteers at our hall and now having all information in one source and accessible by anyone allows the work to be shared.

We were not familiar with using any online booking system but Paul provided excellent instruction and back-up and is always available to help with any queries.

During Q4 2023 our village Hall in Little Milton deployed the Lemonbooking website and booking system, replacing our old website and offline booking process.

Since we launched the new site about 6 months ago we have already seen a significant increase in bookings.

It is hard to quantify the scale of improvement as we previously did not have the visibility or granularity of bookings that we now have, but our calendar is certainly fuller and our revenue much healthier.

We are now generating stronger revenue from adhoc private bookings (children’s parties, family gatherings, etc) that are now making a significant contribution towards covering our annual operating cost.

Managing bookings has become much simpler, less reliant on individuals, and our visibility of bookings and of Event ticket sales is greatly improved.

I implemented the Lemon Booking System and website for our village hall January 2023 following the retirement of an (unpaid) booking clerk who did everything manually. I could write a book on the many benefits of using Lemon! It is easy to set up and use for village hall staff and customers. It gives me as treasurer a high level of control - invoicing takes me 45 minutes a month and we are a busy hall. The support from the Lemon team has been fantastic throughout and I have told them I am happy to speak to any of their potential customers. Finally, the costs of the system have been more than covered by the extra revenue generated.

I am the Chair of a Community Centre open 7 days a week, hiring 9 rooms and with a footfall of about 2,000 people a week. I wanted to streamline our room booking system which consisted of 365 word documents, 1 for each day. Having a background in IT management I carried out a full review of a number of packages before shortlisting 3 to trial. Following this trial I decided to proceed with Lemon and have not been disappointed. It is an excellent package, is flexible, can be tailored to our needs and the support is first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Lemon Booking system.

We have been using LemonBooking at Motcombe Memorial Hall for 9 months. We have a busy hall with 3 separate venues in use, on multiple occasions on most days, and ticketed events on a monthly basis. This is the 3rd booking system we have tried, following experience with bespoke booking and ticketing systems: it is a breath of fresh air. It is reliable, straightforward to use, and has an attractive, generally intuitive interface. With its integrated website, it meets all of our needs. Where problems arise or if explanation is required, support comes from a responsive team who are prepared to tailor the system, where necessary and practicable, to meet local needs. Feedback from users results in regular updates and improvements to the system. It has a lot of features, so it takes a while to become completely comfortable with it, but it certainly does the job it sets out to do, and is a very effective tool for a hall such as ours.

This is a small online business that provides a cost effective booking system and website creator that is particularly tailored for community venues such as village halls and community centres. While the system works well, it is constantly developing and what stands out is the personal service you get. From the introductory meetings to the quick and helpful responses to queries from those of us who have limited IT abilities.

We introduced the Lemon Booking system a few months ago for our Community hall. It is easy to use and has many great features. It has helped to transform our booking process which has in turn led to an increased number of bookings coming through.
Support is always there if needed and the upfront training was great to get us started and up and running. Regular system enhancements come through, which are communicated through a Newsletter.
So, in summary we have found it a great and easy to use system and would highly recommend it.

Great online booking system for our hires and events

The Lemon booking system is so good. It was recommended to us and we can see why. It is so helpful that customers can book directly. The help we receive from the support team is excellent.

Have been using this booking system for Fittleworth Village Hall for several years now. Online booking ensures we never have the Hall double booked, it reduces the admin dramatically (we only accept requests online) and invoicing is a fairly straight forward, once a month task. Support, when we have needed it, has been prompt, personal and efficient. Totally recommend.

The system has worked really well for our Parish Council for event tickets and venue booking. The system is straight forward to setup and use and any queries are quickly responded to.

I had started my role as village hall clerk just over 2 years ago and inherited an ok website that had an online calendar, but no online booking or billing system - which meant these processes were all manually actioned. My brief was to increase the level of hirings within the limited hours available in my contract, to manage bookings and billing etc, as well as all the other tasks in managing and maintaining the hall. When I discovered Lemon Booking and discussed my requirements with the team, it was a revelation! All functionality I needed in an online system were already part of their system. The team at Lemon were so helpful and accommodating in meeting my needs, and helping me through the transition to the new website.
Unlike many other online companies I have dealt with in the past, they are responsive, efficient and friendly. The halls hire income has significantly increased since launching the new website in April 2023. I would heartily recommend Lemon!!

After a thorough review of options we changed to Lemon Booking in late 2022, and went live in early 2023.
The whole implementation and use of the system has been a great driver of operational change in these difficult times.
As with any new software, there is a learning curve, but LB is a well thought out and developed system. Support is friendly, excellent, timely and effective.
We can wholeheartedly recommend LB to any facility who is considering it.

As a charitable status memorial hall we spent some time researching which system to move us into the online era. LB came out as a good choice as it focused on community halls and during the trial what struck us was the ease of use for both us and our hirers. We introduced the Gold pack in Oct 2022 and it has been a huge saving on our administrative time. The LB support team are always willing to help and open for further ideas to add on. We are now integrating with XERO and again the LB team are extremely supportive. This is a great software package that is very cost effective and beneficial to our hall.

We have two distinctive booking procedures for the use of our halls and have used Xero for a number of years. So, accommodating this was a top priority for us when choosing an online booking system. We have been very pleased with the help and support Lemon offered us. We have found no problems with Lemon connecting with Xero and found them to be very accommodating with requests to add features. They constantly look for ways to develop and improve the site to make it as user friendly as possible.

We use Lemon for an online hall booking system paired with Xero. Having never used a booking system I was given a 5min lesson on what I need to do. I found Lemon easy to learn and within 10 mins was happy sending out invoices and adjusting bookings etc. I have found no problems with Lemon connecting with Xero. The special part of Lemon has been their customer support. I asked for a feature to be added and it was. Whenever I have contacted them they have responded promptly and helpfully.
