We use this for our hall bookings. It is easy to use and it has saved us time and effort. We use it for bookings and invoicing. The aftersales service is excellent and response times are good. Would recommend to any busy hall

I love using the Lemonbooking system for my job!
I never have any anxieties about using it, even if I don't know what I am doing or trying to figure out something new, the support team always puts my mind at ease and explains for clearly what I need to do.

They always send out what new, the booking system can do and I see if it would help me in my daily job.

Customer Service is great and lovely people, I use to stalk them on a daily basis by email and they are more than happy to help.

I also suggest how they could tweak the system to help me with my job to make it easier.

It was my first time operating a booking site, and the company contacted myself and did a live feed talk through session plus follow-up on how to set-up and operate the site, very user friendly and the staff are super efficient and helpful. I have since opened a second site to cope with our expanding operation.

We run a busy Town Hall with three rooms and over two hundred customers. Lemon booking has all the function we need for web site, bookings and invoicing (it can handle payments as well but we do that on Quickbooks). The support is fantastic.

We were already using another good booking system but Lemon had so many useful additional functions and was cheaper.

Using lemon booking has made our booking process so easy. The implementation was straight forward, the team really supportive and training provided everything we need. We were looking for an automated way to manage our bookings and this was the best answer we found, helps manage bookings, invoices and payments. So easy to configure, and very user friendly.

As a non-profit organisation (Rural Village Hall) the Lemon Booking System does what is says on the tin.

You essentially get a hosted website, a booking engine and an invoicing system with hire charges automatically calculated from rate tables. It makes running a venue much easier.

The support from Lemon Booking is excellent - both during the transition and subsequently.

The team at Lemon Bookings have been very helpful with the installation of our booking system and provided a high quality of customer service. Any queries sent by email are replied to promptly and there are training sessions available via zoom which are extremely useful. The Lemon Booking system has been like a breath of fresh air to our Village Hall. We're using the system for bookings, and it is integrated via a widget onto our own standalone website. The set up process was fantastic, we were really well supported by the Lemon Booking Team. We've asked them many questions since and they've always been so helpful and quick to reply. We started with Lemon Booking over a year ago and we can't recommend Paul and his team highly enough. At Greyfriars Community Centre we have complex variety of user groups, prices and features to our centre and so finding a database and booking system that suited our needs was tricky. One year in we are booking, invoicing and using the customer database every day and really enjoying embedding it as part of our system here at Greyfriars.

We have been using lemon Booking for twelve months and have been very pleased with the service. Some of our senior customers do tend to find the online booking system tedious but the younger clientele find it very easy. It has helped enormously with our invoicing and tracking payments.

We are well into our second year of using the system.
It has saved a great deal of time, especially with the invoicing each month. It is a bit quirky when it comes to setting it up for such things as hire fees for different periods. Support for resolving issues has always been effective although you might have to wait a day for a response. Overall I would recommend this system for your village hall.

Once you get use to the varying ways one can do bookings, invoices, and make even the replies, templates exactly how you want them, its a good platform to use for bookings. The staff are always extremely helpful. LemonBooking takes some getting use to, and once you have managed the areas of most interest to you, you will realise how good it is. Victoria Hall Harrow is a community centre with a steep variety of hirers, it works well for end users to manage their bookings.

Many of our customers don't have English as their first language and can find it difficult to use the system.

However, the software does help me manage the centre and I really would struggle without it. We are a really busy venue and LemonBooking helps me get the most out of it for the users we have.

We have used the system for many years and always been pleased with the level of support.
