As a migraine sufferer I have had significant issues with long hours on the computer, and with bright lights in general. I find that the nutrients contained in this supplement provide considerable relief for me!

When I started to use Lenairs, I noticed how different my eyes felt towards the end of the day. My eyes used to get tired and feel very dry by the afternoon especially on days when I would use the computer more heavily. I noticed significant difference after taking Lenairs. My eyes felt much better and I was having a lot less dryness and strain and could comfortably use screens to the end of the day.
