Ordered an expensive item that promised same day shipping was a lie.
Ordered an expensive item that promised same day shipping if ordered before a set time and showing 6 in stock at that time. I placed the order well before the deadline and 6 days later I still do not have shipping details or confirmation of the reason for delay. Despite calling, emailing and sitting on live chat for 3 hours still no further forward. Truly appalling service so much so I have request a full refund and reported them to my card issuer.

Your delivery is out for delivery for tomorrow 🚚
As explained it’s an air conditioner it’s not a small inexpensive parcel we can send quick 1-2 days via DPD. Or royal mail for example
As discussed last week
You bought you item June 2nd 1.08pm, unfortunately it missed the 2pm cut up processing by 52 minutes it’s was processed June 4th which take 24 hours to be picked, wrapped and then freight couriers collected Friday.
The weekend is not counted as transit days
Freight delivery is 1-2 days estimated Monday the 8th or Tuesday the 9th of June.
If you no longer require the item whilst it’s in transit you can refuse delivery tomorrow 🚚
It will be classed as a cancellation
Please show proof of refusal
Then we will refund you once we receive item back from couriers , as explained it’s coming from Air conditioner uk supplier , so all background transit will be logged with them.
Apologies in delay but some items as discussed via telephone call are not set standard generic 1-3 days shipping times
Air conditioning, Large awnings and fridges are subject to frieght either due to size or cost.
We have no problem with cancellation
This product is very sought after
Just please follow the correct protocol
Whether you keep the item on delivery or refuse

That’s has a refrigerate canister and must be sent safely.
You will have to refuse the delivery
We understand the recent weather conditions recent heatwave's but please leave adequate time to order and receive delivery, install aircon unit and enjoy the cool breeze!

The charger arrived much sooner than expected very well packed in facked so well packed we have not unpacked it .We thought it would be better to leave it wrapped to take it to our caravan

not the best if you email you dont get a reply. even ringing them up its very confusing reply. was told despachted by today may 26. bear in mind ordered 18 may. still no tracking number. sent 2 emails by the contact us page as well as replied to the email they sent the next day of ordering. tbh I wont use them again the future. wish i paid a bit more by another company as would of got item by now. if on the phone they said sorry out of stock we will refund i wouldof accepted that. but the online stock on the thule 5200 motor kit still shows in stock.

When I made the purchase for a Horrex Sliding door fly screen on the 15th April, it showed you had stock only to be notified a few days later that you do not and the earliest delivery will be the 14th May. I then received an email saying the delivery is delayed until June. I called and spoke to you yesterday (14th May) and we agreed that you shall call me back by close of business with a confirmed date. I AM STILL WAITING AND HAVE LEFT YOU 2 MESSAGES TODAY (15 MAY) PLEASE CANCEL AND MAKE A FULL REFUND.
Please do not try and make excuses and blame the supplier as you never had the audacity to call be back with an update

As discussed the item was on back order until the 14th of May 2026, in which your was happy to wait for it to arrive into the uk.
Due to unforeseen international shipping circumstances this item is been pushed to June 14th shipping date.
As discussed over various calls and email correspondence it’s been put on the following shipment, which we have no control of entirely, we have apologies and ask you at the time of purchase would you like to cancel and we reinstate your order once it arrives into the uk.

I put in an order on 9 April. I have not received this and any time I try to email the company there’s no response. It seems to me that this is a scam business
I have just read a rely that this is my fault! Seriously? If I had been asked for an email address I would have entered it. You had my home address and that’s all you need to send a parcel.

You checked out on 9th of april leaving no email only phone number, for tracking purposes we need an email address, there was no way to contact you.
Its impossible to send delivery or order updates. i will send you screen shot showing this.
We rang your number several times no answer.
Today you emailed us , we merged customer and sent your email a order confirmation before we could email you and let you know you need to check out using a northern ireland shipping profile.
You have left a review without any attempt to call us and give additional information to complete your order..
