I had a full conversion to a combi boiler. Mo and the other engineer did a brilliant job, they were very thorough and were able to the job in two days. I'm very pleased with my new boiler!

Extremely professional response to what we needed. Options for new boiler given and recommendations for the best type for our needs. Price very competitive for the boiler after research undertaken - excellent Mo!
Nothing too much trouble arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves!!

Our boiler stopped working about a week ago, after we reported the problem Mo came around the next day to have a look. He was running slightly late but called us to tell us not to worry and he was on his way.

He managed to fix it temporarily for a few days so we still had heating and hot water and he had to order some parts to fix it permanently.

He came back a few days later with the parts and solved the problem. He was really efficient and knew his stuff. He was very friendly and approachable, an all round top guy who offered a great service.

Will definitely want to use Mo again in the future will highly recommend!

We were having problems with our boiler pressure, our engineer Mo came out the next day, logged all of our problems and came back a few days later and fixed the pressure super quickly! He was really friendly and would highly recommend!

Came out to fix a broken water valve and installed a new washing machine. Did a great job, super quick and a reasonable price. Would use again!

Our boiler stopped working on Christmas Eve. Mo came out within a couple of hours, investigated the problem and laid out all the options for us.

We decided on a new boiler based on the age of the one that came with our flat. Given the time of year and availability of new boilers due to suppliers being closed for the holidays, that they were able to get a new boiler and install it in just over a week is incredible.

I should also add that when I was quoted a price, I compared it to other businesses and I was happy with the competitive quote.

They came when they said they would and finished in good time. They needed access to the downstairs flat so they could get to the garden and do work outside the building, and tidied up in our neighbour's garden and around our boiler after they were done.

Not only this, but they've also sorted out all the warranty registration for the boiler. All we need to do is arrange a service each year, which we will definitely be doing with Let's Heat.

Top quality work and I'm very thankful for Mo coming out on Christmas Eve.

Called for a boiler quote on Tuesday and had a brand new boiler fitted by Thursday!
Excellent service and work

Our boiler failed unexpectedly and Let’s Heat were the only firm we called with availability between Christmas and New Year’s. An engineer visited and provided a fully costed fixed quote within a few hours. Within 24 hours our boiler was fully replaced, as well as the thermostat reconnected and a new filter installed. Very professional and friendly service, would definitely recommend.
