I had tomo and Kyle out today to fit two bedrooms stairs and landing and livening room they went above and beyond to help me the job at the end was amazing I can’t be happier

Have to say nit happy flooring and actual fitting was ok but the fitters broke my freezer when pushing the vinyl underneath it they blew the motherboard that controls the temp,this blew all the sockets also downstairs i had to turn them all back on in the fuse box.I now have to buy a new freezer and also lost 130 pounds worth of food.They also damaged my folding door.I have emailed this company 3 times about this as i think they should replace my freezer and compansate me for the lost food ive had no reply at all and cant get through on the phone noone answers.I will also be taking this company to court if i dont get any joy from them

A guy called geraint fitted my bedroom carper an lounge laminate and did brillian job , would definitely recommend geraint lovely guy

Gez is a great guy and is an excellent carpet and laminate floor fitter has done lots of work for us his work is 💯 % quality ,would highly recommend this guy

Did our hall stairs and landing, did exactly what it said on the tin. From the quote to carpet laid he was time and on quoted price. Quality job all round. The wife is quite picky too and she can’t find a single thing to pick at … so yeah thanks guys

What an amazing company? Everything went as expected, the salesman was extremely helpful when me and my wife couldn't decide which flooring was best. Although the lines were busy when trying to call the office when we did get through for an update on the fitting date the office staff were very helpful.
All in all our experience was really good and everything was simple. We will be recommending this company to all our friends and family.

Carpet was fitted on a date too suit me.

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️DO NOT AND DO NOT HUY FLOORING FROM THESE COWBOYS!!! Months to deliver, delivery driver spoke to us like absolute crap. Messages to prove it. Messaged the company on Facebook and no replies. Apparently it’s a favour of them to reply to my query after taking my money, because it’s their day off?😂😂 kids have been walking on concrete around the house after being promised the flooring for months.

TRADING STANDARDS ARE INVOLVED. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM STAY WELL AWAY. I WILL BE POSTING A POST ON MY PROFILE AND ALL THE DEVON AND CORWALL BUY SWAP SELL SITES ON HERE TO WARN EVERYONE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

ITS A COMPLETE SCAM. THE CARPET FITTERS TOLD ME THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. FOR ME, THEY FITTED THE WRONG CARPET AND REFUSED TO CHANGE IT OR REFUND IT. THE CARPETS ARE A CHEAP MATERIAL.FRAUDSTERS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!

If I could leave minus 1000 stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs. We were told fitting date would be two weeks after deposit paid. We were actually given a fitting date 2 months after our deposit was paid. The fitting was supposed to be Monday 31st of January, all the flooring in the entirety of the downstairs of my house was pulled up as we were instructed to do and taken to the tip. By 2pm the fitter still had not arrived so I tried for over an hour to get someone to answer at the office who told us the fitter would be here as he works till he has finished all the jobs he just had a lot of jobs that day. No call from the fitter and he never arrived!!!

Day 2 multiple phone calls to the office and they don't know why he didn't arrive but fitter will definitely be here today. Communication is absolutely shocking and phone staff are very rude and generally can't be arsed. Fitters eventually arrived at 7.30pm with the wrong flooring. They then told us the other fitter has enough of the flooring they need so they will get it from him and be back tomorrow by 3pm.

Today. No show again. Fitter claimed at 2.30pm he was meeting the next fitter later in the afternoon and would be down afterwards. 5.30pm rolls round. Fitter has now taken to ignoring phone calls. So I text him eventually got a response that he can't get through to the other fitter as he is a nightmare to get hold of. As a professional this is disgusting. So again, no show today and he is again ignoring correspondence.

I have lost two days wages waiting around for them and the entire downstairs of my house is now unsafe for my baby and other young children. We are now having to look into getting a loan to pay a professional fitter.

I will be contacting the bank in the morning to open up a fraud case and will also be notifying the police and trading standards of this fraudulent company as they are essentially stealing peoples money and not providing the service paid for. Disgusted is an understatement.
