dillon was very polite and helpful .talked me though the options and what level of cover I needed.

James who helped me get right income protection policy was really friendly and nice guy. Even with my poor connection signal he remained patient. Policy seems great and he explained everything very clearly so I didn't had feelings like someone try to rip me off. Would recommend to anyone who seek a peace of mind.

James Halliwell was really helpful and knowledgeable regarding the policy I wanted to take out, very friendly manner on the phone as well 👍

The customer service or agent (Jake) was very thorough and everytime I asked him a question he answered them and made it easy for me to understand. An overall good experience for me.
