Couldn't do it without them!!
When a rental is working the way it was planned and the payments are coming in, why would anyone need an agent. This is rarely the case in my experience. I couldnt have continued to rent out a property without the support of the team at lettingaproperty. Especially without the hard work, determination and support given by Charlotte in accounts, she is brilliant at her job.

When my tenant has been late on payments
When my tenant has been late in payment, my Rent Arrears Officer, Charlotte Clarke worked tirelessly chasing the payments daily. She kept me in the loop of all communications to the tenant thereby relieving me of the burden of having to chase up myself. Would highly recommend her and Letting Property in dealing with your rentals

Lettingaproperty and the great rent chase
Lettingaproperty have been managing the rent arrears management of my property. Charlotte Clarke tenaciously follows up on my tenant’s regular late payments which provides great peace of mind when living abroad. Managing a property from afar can be hard annd overwhelming and her efforts help to ease the stress. Charlotte is great and always has a reply with an update - she is one step ahead!
