We’re glad to hear you found the staff friendly and that the queue moved quickly 😊 However, we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused regarding the QR code. Normally, an e-ticket or QR code should be sent via email after purchase, so we understand how frustrating it must have been to visit guest services and require a printed ticket.

Your suggestion about making the process more virtual-friendly is absolutely valid, and we’ll be sure to pass this feedback along to the relevant team to help improve the overall experience and reduce unnecessary paper use.
