Quality is rubbish. Bought a pair of levi jeans a few months back. Rear pocket has failed by one rivet and the knees are worn out. They used to last for years. I won't be buying levi jeans again

And this has happened several times in a row. How unprofessional do you have to be not to optimize the website's system and inventory? This is a disrespect to customers who pay money for the lack of service and inconveniences. It's a shame and disgrace to run a business so ineptly and archaically in this day and age.
A bizarre inability to even vaguely standardize jeans lengths
I've been having a really weird and disappointing experience with Levis over the past few years. Levis are not really my thing but I keep getting lured into trying them because of a discount scheme through my work. My typical experience is that I will go into a branch, find something I want, but not in the right colour or finish, so I complete the order online. The clothes that then arrive are labelled at my desired size, but the fit is completely off compared to my in-store experience. Case in point, I just recently ordered some absolutely standard 501s, the length 32 fit perfectly in store. The 501s that arrived are labelled length 32, but they drag on the floor like a bridal train! I'm really tall, so who are these made for? The amount I'd have to cuff them is ridiculous.
On a related note I work in central London and often pop into the Carnaby Street branch on my lunch breaks. They obviously have an extremely high turnover of staff even compared to the high level you'd expect from central London retail generally. The few people on the shop floor who were actually knowledgeable about the product ranges, getting adjustments done, have left.

They sent me an item with marks on it. I spoke to Dominika on their whatsapp chat because I wanted the replacement before my holiday, she said that couldn't be done, and I should just buy it again. I said I would but the item now was more expensive. She just said oh dear you should have returned it before now then. I'd waited to give it to my husband for his birthday as also I wouldn't have had a replacement in time. All still within their returns window though. Dominka was sarcastic and rude, I've actually never experienced anything like it. I have been a Red Tab member for years, I will now never order again.
AT LAST , CUSTOMER SERVICE
So after searching online and visiting John Lewis and Fenwick Levi depts for a pair of 501 s to fit and getting nowhere i finally visit the actual shop in The Bentall Centre Kingston Upon Thames , I tell the young man i am after a pair of 501 s origanal red tab 30 waist , 28 leg and that for some reason they dont do a 28 leg whereas i have worn levis since i was 15 and always have bought and worn this size . " no they dont make them " and then tells me they do unisex and off he goes and comes back with a nice light blue pair 30 waist 28 leg , i try them on , perfect !!! Now i dont have to pay a extra £30 to get them taken up by a tailor , Well done to the young man who served me today . Ill be back !!

I popped into the Levi Strauss, Knightsbridge London store on 22/01/2025.
I was clueless as to where to begin, but the staff, Erica and Lilly, were simply faultless.
Their enthusiasm, knowledge, and willingness to ensure I had the right product and great experience were impressive.
I love my new pair of jeans, and I look fwd to returning to this store in the future.
A happy convert to Levi's
My first experience was at the Manchester store just over a year ago. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Fast forward to today and their vintage tees and hoodies are a staple in my wardrobe. The clothes are for more robust and better value than other high street brands such as All Saints.
Cross Levis out of your XMAS shopping list
I bought a pair of trousers on the Levi`s website to gift my sister-in-law this Christmas.
Item arrived on time, but as I read the invoice that came with it, I noticed that she wouldn't be able to exchange so I popped to the closest Levi store to get a gift receipt. I was told they couldn't do that in store and neither could I return and buy the item again.
Apparently, if an item was bought online, when you return it in store they cant sell it and it needs to go back to the warehouse/back online. I was advised to contact the online customer service as they might be able to assist me.
I contacted them online and to my surprise, I was informed that they don't offer this option and if my sister-in-law wished to exchange,
"exchanges are sent to the same address as the original purchase, so they would have to get in contact with you, the person that placed an order anyway".
I will now have to find something else to gift my sister-in-law as I cant possibly gift her something she cant exchange in case she doesn't like it.

I tried to but a pair of Levi 505 straight leg dark stonewashed jeans as advertised on âsomeâ of the Levi websites BUT totally failed. I even asked Levi Strauss whatâs app customer support and he failed. Shame. I will buy a rival pair - end of an era for me!

If I could give no stars I would! Purchased a top for £100. With 5 minutes of receipt I noted that they had sent the wrong size as the inner labels didnât reflect the outer tag. Cue painful text exchange with customer service via âWhatâs Appâ who offered nothing to resolve aside a 20% voucher on a future purchase. Couldnât send an exchange or arrange for DPD to come back and collect. Had to go out of my way to return it at the post office. Wrote an email follow up advising potentially an operation risk in their QC and they may want to check the rest and as a customer I was dissatisfied. All I received back was a message telling me to return the item for refund and some copy and pasted text from their website. Diabolical.

Craig was aware of my difficulties I have and addressed them with sensitivity and at no time made me feel awkward .
I was not rushed or made to feel I was being an awkward customer .
A lovely shopping experience.
I now feel confident to go back and buy more .

Just like to say how helpful the young girl in the store ( Silverburn ) was this morning. Iâm an older man and was looking for Leviâs as Iâve lost some weight and needed to replace my jeans. She showed great patience , had excellent product knowledge and helped me find the correct pair that I felt most comfortable in. In my opinion she is an asset to the store and itâs this kind of customer service that encourages return visits. Iâm sorry I didnât catch her name so I canât name her in my review but Iâm sure sheâll remember the conversation.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Ordered 3 pairs of jeans from Leviâs. They arrived within a few days (left over the fence) with the mail bag not even sealed up and still has the paper tab over the sticky part.
Only 2 out of the 3 pairs of jeans were in the bag. Contacted Leviâs the next morning and was told they would take it up with the courier and get back to me within 3 days with a resolution.
Was then told it would be sorted by today and still nothing.
Over a week now and all I get is the same response from live chat - itâs with the transport team. Seriously just send a replacement or refund the money.
Iâm so angry Iâm now returning the other jeans for a refund out of principle and will have to claim the money back through the bank.
Donât expect customer service like this from such a reputable company but maybe I should have checked reviews first as I was honestly shocked seeing how low the rating is!

First time buying Leviâs. Ordered online, failed delivery twice. Initially was told my address was not complete so I updated it but still have not received it on the second time so I had to walk all the way to collect it to a drop off point.
