Très bonne expérience sur le store des champs Élysées

Twice now Levis has used DHL for delivery of my order and twice they have delivered to the wrong address after receiving instructions via phone call to customer service. Levis needs to cut ties with DHL as they couldn't find their way out of a house with no walls.

Despite 48 hours notice for my order to go to a specific london store on the order and invoice form it states a different one. Also order was sent to 'a' store hours ago but no word on when or where to collect it. The whole idea was to collect while I was in the area so now they will just have to send to my home address wasting everyone's time

Bought 3 pairs of 550’s two of the pairs are just fine the 3rd pair immediately developed a hole at a seam just under the zipper. This hole in the course of an afternoon became a rip.
Just over 30 days so I had to contact Levi, They had me jump through a few hoops and approved a “Voucher”
to replace the pair. All was good till I made a mistake about the size, Needed 34L ordered 32L
Had to call twice because they can’t see the order for a half hour despite the website stating call to correct any miss entered order info. Once I got a rep that could see the order he was helpful and quick. Said the issue was resolved and told me to enjoy my new pants. I looked at the order later and saw he canceled my order and created a new one with different pricing and total but I figured that was an internal thing and they would take care of me as they said they would.

One month later still no shipment confirmation, 3 phone calls and multiple emails and they are arguing with me about certificate vs voucher and can’t see the $27.30 pending in pay pal. Horrible customer service and complete refusal to deal with the mistakes made by their own people. They want me to jump through more hoops and I am just DONE with this garbage. Companies think they can force us into constant time consuming hoop jumping just to replace a badly stitched pair of jeans. Well I will not and will let everyone know I am done with garbage company culture of forget the customer unless they are willing to spend good portions of their life making us stand up for our products. I will never buy another pair of Levi anything and hope you don’t end up with one of their bad pair.
CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NO PRIDE IN THE COMPANY THEY ARE WORKING FOR and it shows like a flare in the night.

Will update if they come to their senses but unlikely.

Levi's the company that was found guilty in Belgium for discrimination in the courts of Antwerp on 17th of June 2025.

Too bad,using levi's online store is the most bad experienced i've ever face through oline shopping. I did not receive any update from my order unless im trying to reach them using the email.

Horrible experience with online store!!! I have talked with a representative , communicated by chat, received several emails and still do not know the status of my order!!! Will never order from LEVI'S again!

Levi has been my go to jeans for over forty years and the last few years I have noticed that the material is a lot thinner than in the past and they tear easily now. I guess profits are more important than producing a quality product. Although I think you can do both, but I guess Levi Strauss apparently decided to take a short cut.

Ikke kjøp noe herfra!! Bestilte varer 27juli, varene blei «sendt» 28juli men sporing fungerer ikke! Jeg sendte Mail og fikk et kort svar etter mange dager at de skulle se på det. Fikk aldri noe mer svar. Så sendte ny Mail og etter mange dager fikk jeg samme respons til svar. De svarer supertreigt og uten noen særlig info. Etter nesten 3 uker krevde jeg pengene tilbake med en litt annen ordlyd i mailen. Fikk da svar med forklaringen at de hadde teknisk svikt (i 3uker??) og at pakken er forsvunnet under frakt og at min ordre er kansellert, Jeg fikk pengene tilbake. Men plutselig fikk jeg varene mine og jeg hadde fått penger igjen, så jeg var ærlig og sendte Mail om dette. Merkelig nok, da svarte de etter 5min og veldig detaljert. De ville jeg skulle sende varene tilbake eller overføre pengene fra bank. Jeg valgte sistnevnte. De er ikke ydmyke.
Deres penger er viktig, Men hvordan kunden blir behandlet er ikke viktig.

Trash, I've got two new pair of 505 Levi shorts and after the second washing the back pockets are ripping out, my other pair the belt loops riped off. I will never buy Levi's again.

Elsker levis bukser. De sitter perfekt, og har veldig god kvalitet. De har mange forskjellige fasonger, så det beste er å prøve de i butikk fremfor på nett for å finne en som passer sin kroppsfasong.

Loved the Levi Strauss jeans, very comfortable and light weight, the best fit ever. With environmental care as the fabric absorp less water during washing and very easy to iron thus save water and electricity. Sometimes i dont even ☺iron and can wear just the way it is. I just loved the jeans, i wear it everyday.😘

Gotta have my Levi’s been wearing them since I was a kid. Best denim fabric and best denim fit. Thank you Levi Strauss for staying in business all these yrs. cause wranglers are not for me.

Lets be honest. The quality is horrible.I have returned several pairs back to the store within 2 or 3 wears. It ranges from the belt loops breaking the first time you wear them to the back seat tears by the rear pockets. I have worn Levis since the 70`s. The last few years they went south. I buy only LL Beans or Lucky Brand. I will never buy Levis again. They cost more than the no name brands and they are simply crap.Look at the price. They are down to $29 bucks from a high of $50 in my days.That speaks volumes.

Levi Strauss is going after the NRA and anybody that believes in the second amendment. I am boycotting them and have told everybody I know to do the same.
