First class customer service. Responsive, efficient - can't fault them.

Several friends had told me about these pillows and how good they were for your neck, so I ordered one and am so happy that I did! They are not cheap but well worth it given their design and quality. I also had the opportunity to deal with customer service, and they were so very friendly and responsive.

After suffering from a bad back for months and going to various phsyiso and trying different things my husband and i both decided maybe it was our mattress causing issues. After a deep dive in google reading various reviews we came across Levitex. We have now been sleeping on this mattress (and for me the pillow also) for 3 weeks and can honestly say we have woken up pain free which we havent had since this new mattress. The mattress isn't as firm as you would expect we were fully expecting to have to break it in for a couple of weeks but we didn't need to do that after letting it stand for 24 hours we slept on it and it was great! Would highly recommend. I dont usually leave reviews but as others reviews were so pivotal with me making my decision i hope this review pays it forward. PS delivery was super quick!

I was searching for pillows to support my neck and help me with my snoring .
I read about the 10 best pillows on the market and Levitex scored the highest for me.
I used them for the first time on 31st January because I was away when they were delivered.
I had the best sleep and I woke up with no pains in my neck or body. I recommend Levitex anti snoring pillows.

I purchased a neck and back support pillow to replace a Tempur pillow, sadly didn't quite work for me as I wear mouth guard at night so I cant review the pillow as I had to return it but I have to say Levitex are a superb company to deal with, a phone call with a very helpful lady called Olivia enabled a swift return and immediate refund, customer service was brilliant.

I absolutely love my new pillow! I’ve gone from needing three pillows to be comfortable to one that feels so supportive. Massive difference in my sleep and it’s only been a week, neck & back are feeling better in the morning too. Really cannot recommend enough!

I bought a pillow from them that was excellent quality, but it turned out not to be right for my specific needs. There was a mix-up during the refund process, which was entirely my fault, but Andreea from customer service resolved it quickly and without any hassle. The level of professionalism was outstanding.

I'd been struggling with neck pain and lower back pain that gets worse when I lie down for years and just thought it was a problem I couldn't really solve. Then I had a consultation with James which opened my eyes to how sleep position and your pillow can impact your sleep, so tried a levitex pillow and the Dreamer sleep position and it completely transformed how I sleep. The pillow took a bit of getting used to at the start, as I'd had my previous pillow for 10+ years and so it was quite soft, whereas the levitex pillow is firmer. But after a few nights I got used to it and now my neck pain and lower back pain is completely gone.

I bought a Levitex mattress on the promise of solving my lower back pain, but immediately it seemed to make it worse. I emailed the company for advice but they didn't give any, telling me to book a paid sleep consultation instead (I didn't). We tried to make the mattress work, but ended up overshooting the very short trial period -- 44 nights vs an industry average of 100. My back pain was severe and I could only partially avoid it by sleeping on my side. We finally got rid of the Levitex after 6 months and switched to a memory foam + pocket springs hybrid which doesn't give me any lower back pain, in any sleeping position. It was also about 25% cheaper than the absurdly expensive Levitex.

Incredible customer service from Andreea! The quality is amazing also and I’m looking forward to hearing from my father how his sleep has improved ☺️

I have a 2000 pound mattress already . Didn’t help my spine at all . I have lots of health issues degerative spine ibs . Knee trouble . Well …on the very 1st night I knew was going to make a difference . I slept for a full 5 hours . Not done that in 10 years . Within 2 weeks sleeping much better . I feel like I am on a cloud . My oxigen level has also go up . I am also on cpap machine and I am beginning to feel much better .probably halved my pain already. If you’re on the fence about buying one just do it . Fab company . I am beginning to feel normal thanks . ☺️ I also have a pillow there great together .

Previously purchased a pillow for at home with no issues, over a week ago I ordered a travel pillow, “express” delivery it is not.

7 days later still no sign of the product, emailed with no response. I understand there is Black Friday sales, but wish they would update there shipping promise.

Will most likely now not receive the item before I head on holiday.

**Update - After a few days received an update and a 10% refund - with the Black Friday Price and this, some great service recovery and it has arrived just in time for my holiday.

Ordered a large pillow and a travel pillow on 6th Nov 2025. Till date, no tracking number nor its been shipped. Email for response and the staff did respond 2 times...when pressed for delivery...there is no response

Edit: replied saying there is a delay. Said to give 25% refund and will start delivery by 17 Nov...i am checking the said refund and delivery..latest...got the refund but gotten the pillows on 19 Nov...now trying.

I was honestly so so impressed with the customer service I received from the Levitex team, especially Andreea who was so kind and helpful. She promptly replied to all my emails and sent out a second pillow to me in a different size without any further cost to try out. I did not feel rushed to make a decision about the pillow or in any way pressured to keep the product which some companies do try to make you feel. The return process was very smooth and stress free too. Overall 5* service I couldn't fault. Thank you Levitex team!

Andrea from customer service was absolutely lovely and really helpful. Unfortunately, the pillow just wasn’t right for me, but she replied to my email very quickly and sent over a return label (or QR code) straight away. I’ve since been refunded, and the whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend anyone to give the pillow a try — and if it’s not for you, you can be confident you’ll get your money back with excellent customer service to support you.

Great customer service, unfortunately the pillow wasn’t for me, they let me try a different size too. When that didn’t work out Andreea collected both for return. Thanks for trying to help me.

Fantastic customer service when my pillow was delivered to someone else's house. Immediately shipped another pillow no questions asked, and when I needed to return it for a different size Andreea from their customer service team could not have been more helpful. She arranged a return and replacement of a larger size for me. The pillow itself is just a dream - I found out about Levitex through my husband who already has one of their pillows. I was getting bad shoulder pain while sleeping and just could not get comfortable - fast forward to getting their large pillow and I am sleeping like a baby with no shoulder issues.

I’m extremely happy with both my new pillow and the outstanding customer service I received from Andreea.

After trying many pillows from various brands I found out about Levitex and decided to give them a go to help with my neck and shoulder pain.

I bought the wrong size originally but Andreea swiftly arranged a replacement and collection of the old one for me. It was much appreciated.

My new pillow almost immediately helped with the pain, and is very comfortable. I love it!

Bought a Levitex mattress to address my back issues. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite provide the comfort I was looking for, but their support team were fantastic in helping to arrange a return and refund.

After the literally life changing effect of the pillow and travel pillow I was excited to have the chance to try the matress - for my mini caravan. I was not disappointed. It is so comfortable for my many times broken and fused back, along with my levitex pillow. Aided by the fact it's light and thin, so great for a van! And I can't praise the Levitex customer service enough. Such kind and efficient service, going the extra mile each time to get an order out to me next day when I needed it urgently. Very touching. And rare. Nothing seems too difficult. Makes my day. A huge thank you.
