The delivery of the Jeff Koons balloon dog might have taken a bit longer to arrive but customer service replied to me promptly when i needed something, and the most important thing, I’m very happy with the product!

J’ai eu l’occasion d’intégrer le Balloon Dog dans l’un de mes projets de rénovation, et le rendu est à la hauteur de mes attentes : un objet iconique, qualitatif et parfaitement adapté à un intérieur contemporain et épuré.
La commande s’est déroulée sans difficulté, avec un suivi sérieux et professionnel.
Je recommande sans hésitation, tant pour la qualité des produits que pour l’expérience globale.

Lexon is an extremely reliable company. I had to make some changes to my delivery details (date, quantity, etc.), and the customer service team was always very responsive to my requests, with impressively quick turnaround times.
My contact, Paul, was highly professional throughout our many email exchanges.
I am completely satisfied with this store and highly recommend that everyone order their products, which are of excellent quality and have outstanding finishes.
I am already preparing my next order. Many thanks to the entire Lexon team!

1 star – only because zero isn’t an option.
Absolutely shocking experience with Lexon.
I placed an order and received little to no communication for months. After repeatedly chasing, I was eventually told by Paul from Lexon that a delivery had supposedly been attempted back in December and then returned — something I was never properly informed about at the time.
I was then offered either a resend or a refund. I confirmed I wanted the item resent on 12 March. Since then, Paul has completely stopped responding. No confirmation, no dispatch update, no tracking details — nothing at all.
I have followed up multiple times and have been ignored. It’s now beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.
For a company of this profile, the lack of basic communication and accountability is embarrassing. If you’re going to offer a resolution, at least follow through on it.
Avoid this company if you expect any level of customer service or reliability.

My experience working with Paul at Lexon was very professional. I initially had a problem when i ordered my Jeff Koons Balloon Dog but Paul worked with me thru all my issues and made sure I received my order. Art Meets Design
As a new customer to Lexon, it was their collaboration with Jeff Koons iconic balloon dog that drew my attention to their products. I ordered both a lamp and a speaker in August 2025 for the first release and despite a slight delay in the shipping timelines, I was the proud recipient of a pair of puppies on Christmas eve. All I can say is it was worth the wait!
From the impressive presentation box and charging cable to the excellent build quality and features, both pieces were well deserving of their certificate of authentication. The unmistakable stylish Balloon Dog design was backed up with well made practicality and ease of use!
Now having spent a few months getting to know and use my canine companions, I can say that they have delivered an art and design classic to the home.

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Le son de l’enceinte est vraiment mauvais. Le design est sympa mais le son est vraiment trop mauvais. Je suis super déçu pourtant je l’ai attendu, des mois et je l’ai d’autant attendu que je suis super déçu. Surtout à ce prix là! Achetez vous une Devialet d’occasion et vous aurez un beau design et un super son

Fantastic product
I had an initial problem with a delay in the delivery of the balloon dog - but once I contacted the company, they were very responsive to my concerns. The balloon dog was delivered without an issue, and is fantastic. I can light it according to the mood of the event I am hosting - it looks great, and is a conversation starter! Fantastic product that I would highly recommend.
