Speaking from the experience of being a balloon doggo lover, I had to say this lamp is stunning and extremely well designed. I ordered it on an impulse and it was a little more expensive than I realised- definitely worth checking the currency conversion beforehand
That error is totally on me though, that's the kind of unexpected crap that happens when you are not finance minded and just impulse buy stuff off the internet and I own and accept that. I was just excited. Needless to say the 2 minute noodles I lived on for the months leading up to its arrival were actually so good. I can't tell you how much my culinary skills improved because of this purchase.
But I also now own a beautiful balloon doggo lamp that I kiss on the nose before I go to bed each night, and not gonna lie I often talk and sing to because I'm a bit weird.
It's expensive. Wait for the courier import cost if you're outside of EU or US. But the fact remains, ! have an original Jeff Koons in my house. MY HOUSE. My little slice of living by myself with a life of extreme unimportance has one of the most stunning and heartwarming pieces you literally can't buy anywhere if you looked or tried.
If my house is burning down, I'm grabbing that thing in as much regard as I'm grabbing my family photos. Which are none because they're on my iCloud Drive. So come to think of it then, it's probably the only thing l'd grab leaving the house if it were to be burning down. I'd actually probably get my converse all stars that Chris Cheney signed. But that's it.
I hope that by now my idiocy and disturbed portrayal of humanity is proven and there is no question this comment was Al written.

Anyway, each night I watch this beautiful doggo display his beautiful colours, - singing his heart song as it were - designed by one of the most iconic artists of our time and now as I can finally afford a cup of coffee I sit and contemplate "all costs tallied up- currency conversion, import tax etc- if a shop charged that much, would I still buy it?"
Yes. Yes I absolutely would.

Re-posting this because Lexon felt fit to 'flag' my last review "for containing harmful or illegal content." (It didn't).

So this time, I have edited slightly to make sure everything is kept to just the facts, if it is flagged again one has to wonder why.

My experience involves the 'Limited' edition balloon dog collaboration products, specifically, the lamp, 2025 version (or V1). My issue is with the quality of the product on arrival, the misleading marketing around the product, and how Lexon have dealt with these issues.

The Product Quality:
- The plastic the product is made of arrived scratched.
- Emailed customer service to make it right and was ignored.

The Misleading Marketing:
- The product was heavily marketed as 'a limited edition collaboration with Jeff Koons'
- When asked directly about how many were produced, they refused to answer, citing confidentiality.
- When asked, the arguably high 750 price tag was due to it being a limited item run (this is fair), as they 'wouldn't be making more'
- I asked multiple times about the vague language they used around this product's limited nature and always got vague, non-answers back, if at all.
- Lexon

They released a second iteration of the balloon dog, that completely invalidates the claims of the first version's exclusivity, which is what the product was bought for.

- They raised the price by 50 for the new product. I asked multiple times what justified the price hike, and was told there were new features in store (this turned out to just be a colour change), and then subsequently told that the initial 750 price was a discount for first time buyers, which contradicts the entire 'limited nature' marketing platform of the first product.

Lexon's Response:
- Poor, to non existent. I was either given vague or no responses on email or had my comments deleted from their social platforms, asking honest questions and raising valid concerns, instead of just simply being able to communicate.
- I was blocked from their social platforms.

All in all, a huge shame. The product itself is in itself ok. But how they have dealt with the issues, and how they mislead the scarcity of the product and then responded to honest questions and feedback tells me everything I need to know in how they value their customer base.

I would seriously rethink if you're planning to buy anything from this company.

The Balloon Dog is fantastic. Its packing was so professional. A few hiccups with delivery due to import tax but once it arrived we were so excited.

Love to be owner of this iconic artefact.

When there were issues with the delivery, Lexon's support team went out of their way to arrange a prompt delivery.

I first came across the Lexon alarm clocks in a physical shop. I loved their design and found the flip system quite interesting but didn't buy straight away. It was a few months later when I was looking for an alternative to using my phone as an alarm clock in the morning that I went back to Lexon and bought a mini flip. It was the best thing I did. It's beautiful and small and works so well, it's also very easy to adjust the alarm times and I find the alarm buzz to have the perfect volume/intensity.
So I now go to bed and wake up relaxed as I stay away from my phone for longer.
It's been over a year that I've been using the mini flip and in the last charging something happened and the monitor went all crazy and stopped working. I reached out to Lexon's support, explained that I had tried to reset it without success and they were incredibly sweet and efficient and sent me a replacement mini flip.
I was already a devoted customer as I absolutely love this product and after the experience with their support am now also a big fan of the brand. Great products, great support!

J'ai fait l'acquisition de la lampe Balloon Dog en collaboration avec l'artiste Jeff Koons que j'adore.
On m'avait prévenu que le délai de livraison pouvait être très long, donc j'ai été plutôt agréablement surpris de recevoir ma commande seulement deux mois après.
Et l'attente en valait largement la peine ! La Balloon Dog est bien plus qu'une simple lampe, c'est une véritable œuvre d'art, un élément de décoration parfait dans un intérieur contemporain comme le mien.
Les jeux de lumières (et tout particulièrement les animations) sont absolument magnifiques et fascinants, cet objet va illuminer mes soirées à la maison...
Certes, le prix est élevé mais il est largement justifié !
