Made the mistake of allowing a tire dealer to put replacement wiper blades on my car when they replaced the tires. The replacements looked terrible and didn't work well. Should have found LexusPartsNo... もっず芋る

Out standing service

Out standing service. Great website. Found the exact part I was looking for from the parts manual. Fast delivery service. Something NZ struggles to do. Lexus NZ said they had to get the part from Japan and had to be specially made and would take about 12 weeks to make as they didn't hold that part in stock. So I no where to go for spare parts. Thanks guys. Awesome 😎

Terrible return policy

Terrible return policy. They sent me an open box part (blower motor) and refuse to return it since it has an electrical connection. Anything electrical is non-returnable even though the part was not new and previously used. What a joke.

Wrong part I put my vin number in and your website told me the part I was ordering was the correct part. When arrived it was not the coolest part. When added shipping cost not worth shipping back. Would have been better off going to
My local dealership. Will not use your company again. Lesson learned
