Can not recommend LEXUS Woodford highly enough

I recently purchased a NX 300H from Lexus Woodford. The Sales advisor Anna was very helpful from start to finish of my transaction. This was my first Lexus purchase and I was made to feel right at home at the Woodford showroom. Anna was more than happy to answer all of the questions I had regarding the car (and believe me I had plenty!). The whole process felt very seamless and I would recommend the Woodford branches service to all. Covid guidelines are taken seriously in this Branch and I felt very safe whilst making my purchase. Finally the car is fantastic and I am pleased I made the switch to Lexus. Thank you Anna and the Woodford team for all your hard work.

All together the initial part of my dealing with the showroom is ok. But, the car was not cleaned thoroughly before I collected it (having paid £499 for that thorough clean) with the left rear near side alloy wheel hub scuffed between the day I selected it and when I collected it. Now I am told the faults cannot be done because of the lockdown. Disappointing.

One of the worse branch ever been to every one them is full of liars, ones you brought the from them the chance there word. Im having fuel consumption issues with my CT200 and different manager giving me different advice one of manager are saying you getting more miles then my car wow 😂 I wouldn’t recommend my enemies to go to this place.

The sales lady very helpful and explain the different models available in SUV.

Can’t fault the sales team as they were professional and helpful,, however after collecting the car I noticed it was pulling to the left sharply and dangerous ( only seven miles from collecting) so I had to call recovery and took it to a local garage to have the tyres tracking fixed !!! Since then I called Lexus but got nowhere. Not what I expected from a reputable company.

We bought a Lexus UX From your Woodford branch and we are so happy with it. The staff there were amazing. George the sales man couldn’t have been more helpful. He really did go above and beyond.
George’s people skills are second to none. He is an asset to Lexus.

As always the service here is first class from the sales team especially in the current climate.
I think the fact that this is my 4th Lexus from the same dealership speaks for itself.
Great dealership with in my option the best product on the market.

This was the 4th lexus I have brought from this dealership and again very pleased. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was I haven't had a phone call or email after taking delevierly asking whether everything was OK.
