I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from here, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience with the incredible car salesman, Cai Lin. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure I had the best car buying experience imaginable. He evidenced an impressive depth of knowledge about these luxury cars and then proceeded to guide me towards the perfect car pursuant to my needs. His expertise and attention to detail were second to none, making the entire selection process smooth and enjoyable. Cai's approach serves as a testament to the Lexus Woodford showrooms commitment to customer satisfaction. If you're a total novice about cars, like me, and need someone to quite literally hold your hand through the process, you won't get a better showroom than this.

Took my old RX in because of a suspension sensor issue. So, diagnostic flagged what we suspected was the issue, replaced one sensor but unfortunately this did not resolve the issue. The service team manager and her team, especially Ashif could not have been more helpful, they sorted me out a courtesy vehicle at very short notice to make sure I was mobile for the weekend. Frustratingly the part required is on back order and won’t arrive for a few weeks, really not their fault, but again they showed real care and consideration for me as their customer. Yes, main dealers do cost more than other local repair shops, but, my bad was asking a local repair shop to do a basic thing for me and I suspect that because of their lack of knowledge, they may have caused the issue that I now have to resolve. Very much a false economy! The team at Lexus Woodford have made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could have been.

Fantastic service provided by Mr Asif kept me upto date on my service of the car.
Definitely coming back !
