I paid for @LeyaAI expecting a functional app that helps with English learning. Instead, I got a broken, useless app. The microphone doesn’t work, nothing functions as promised, and support is completely silent. This feels like a scam. I demand a refund immediately. #leyaai #scamalert #fraud

In your ad, the lesson looked completely different; in practice, the lesson is only in English and in written form! It's like cheating. There were supposed to be lessons spoken in two languages!

The problem is that I've stopped using the app and uninstalled it from my phone.. after couple of days I surprised that 14$ was withdrew from my visa card without even prior notice. Please refund the money immediately.
In addition, in case I need to unsubscribe to stop the automatic withdrawal, please do it for me or let me know the step to do so. Thanks

I didn't get any benefit from this app despite making advance payments. I tried to use the app but never got response.
I was not interested but unfortunately a payment from my account again deducted.
