He pagado por el servicio y la app no no responde y no carga para poder acceder a la aplicación, sin embargo se me hizo el cobro y hasta el momento no puedo usarlo.

Warning: Avoid this Service – They Are Scammers

I had a terrible experience with this company, and I want to share my warning so no one else falls victim. From the moment I made a payment, everything went wrong.

First of all, after I entered my payment details and completed the transaction, I never received any confirmation email, receipt, or any sort of communication from them. No details about my account, no instructions on how to access their website or app—nothing. It’s as if they just took my money and disappeared into thin air.

When I tried to log into their site or app, I couldn’t access anything. It’s incredibly frustrating because, despite paying for a service, I was locked out with no way to reset my password or even access any of the features I paid for. This made it clear that they have no intention of delivering the service promised.

What’s even worse is that they’ve stored my card details, and now I’m stuck. There’s no way to remove my card information from their system, and I can’t find any way to get in touch with customer support. It feels like they’ve set everything up to keep charging you without giving you any way to cancel or withdraw your payment.

I have been using Leya for the past four months to improve my English speaking skills. As a beginner, my biggest challenge has been speaking confidently in front of others. Practicing with Leya has helped me overcome this by allowing me to practice speaking over and over, building my confidence each time. My main goal is to start thinking in English, and with Leya, I’m confident I’ll achieve it.

Leya always motivated me to speak more on the topic that I initially started conversation with leya.

It works very well. I am satisfied.

The app has frozen and I can not manage to get to the next level. Realizing that I unsubscribe from the app and I got the confirmation email. However, the next month the app deducted the fees from my bank account.

My subscription was already cancelled but still had automatic resubscription today and charge me 49.89$. Tried to open the app to see whats goin on but it says i dont have current subscription. Be careful with this app!

I liked Leya AI very much because I can talk with it without any doubt. I don't need to go to any language training centers. I could use this app whenever and wherever I want; it has the necessary topics to practice more.

But I have a few kind recommendations for future updates as follows:
1. Some stuck and failures have occurred when using. So, you need to resolve this kind of problem.
2. If you can assort and embed detailed classifications for the functions, it would be constructive for us. For instance, job interviews for business, public jobs, and other specific jobs should be helpful for those preparing for the new vacancies.
3. Users are waiting to implement loyalty programs for users. For example, those who use this app will be discounted or get special offers, etc.

I canceled my subscription in January, the website shows that my e-mail is not active anymore, which means the cancelation was successful, and today the app tried to charge a subscription renovation on my credit card (I keep it blocked, so they didn't succeed). As I canceled months ago, I don't want to be charged anymore.
