Excellent customer service
The end to end process was simple and really efficient and the added bonus of a free will made it all the more worthwhile saving me approx £150. Very professional and helpful staff throughout the whole process.

The Will itself is vey professionally written.
The process to do so though is very impersonal. You have just a few boxes to fill in and it feels rushed, especially if you have never done this sort of thing before. Not really enough space on the forms to put everything g you want to put.

Thank you for your feedback and we can only apologise if you felt the process took a long time to complete your final Will
Looking back though our records we can see that our specialist Will writing team were struggling to make contact with you during the process to confirm the Final Will, once this was confirmed the Final was sent out to you.
We have since spoken to you and answered your questions regarding your will, thank you for using our service and for leaving your feedback

Would like it to be more personal
Easy enough to read through. Not enough spaces and tick boxes for all your requirements though. Seemed a very clinical form and you couldn’t personalise it.
