Libertas Wills - Will Writing Service レビュー 

This company my mother who died last week wrote her will I’ve since found out that the company was dissolved 2023 and now we need her will but no idea how to get it because no idea what happened to wills they made. Please if anyone does please contact me my mother was Liz Carter

Not impressed at. Very poor service. Paid for an updated will and of course money taken immediately. This was in May and it is now almost September and still no will received. Every time I phone nobody answers so I leave a message but never get a response. Will definitely NEVER use this company again as something as important as a will should be as important to this company but is definitely not . Good bye Libertas and thank to the new company that were excellent.

Awful!!! Avoid this company!

We are experiencing a pretty terrible service with Libertas and they cant seem to make even basic changes accurately despite having experienced previously a fairly reasonable service.
I have spent well over 30 hours and 3 months trying to get this document just to a correctly amended draft!

We have now been waiting for an amendment to a Will which was instructed in mid January 23, as of April 20th we still cannot get a phone call returned to iron out the small but nevertheless important errors on the two partially executed and inaccurate revisions received.

We just keep getting deflected over and over again and asked to re confirm the same information.
We can never get past the telephone receptionist, or speak to a manager or get a call back.

It turns out it is the manager who is (or isn't) dealing with the file and therefore responsible for writing the amended document!

This is a very important and legally binding document and I feel
Libertas are letting their clients down badly.

The Will is stored for a fee and updates are part of the package fee.
(We have only needed 2 revisions in many years including this one!)

This concerns the Will for someone suffering dementia and after months of delays, unreturned calls and very poor service this could have a serious legal impact, if not render it totally useless if this goes on much longer!

LIBERTAS……. Dementia suffers don't have the luxury of unlimited timeframes nor do they always have the ability to spot the typos and errors. It is a progressive and debilitating illness!!

Your clients rely on you to professionally document and store their last wishes in a legally binding format.

Either employ some qualified staff to deliver the products and services you advertise or stop taking on new business as you clearly are unable to service what you have!

I look forward to receiving that call I have been repeatedly pleading for and to receiving your complaints procedure.

No disrespect to the company but some people can't see what's written so l would be greatful if you can send me the paper work to me l will pay the postage but l think that's also wrong

I would definitely recommend using freedom to insure who are very friendly and informative they are patient in listening to your requirements and looking for the best quote for you that you're happy with. They went through the Will with me and called me straight back when I emailed them with a query.

The will writing was very easy and nice to be able to do in our own home. my husband decided to have a joint will. they will print and bind it and keep it for a year in a secure place in case of fire. The person talking to us was very considerate and understood that i needed to go at my pace so i could understand him over the phone.

It was quick and easy to make a will. the people I spoke to were very helpful and sounded very pleasant and was dealt with very quick
