THEY WILL TRY AND KEEP AS MUCH OF YOUR CLAIM AS THEY CAN BY STEALTH

They take your case and then they don’t pay you. Total scam and con I will now be taking the matter to a small claim court myself. Do not use this company at all costs

Company has gone into administration. Ive not been paid from a recent successful case. Ive now been advised that UK Legal Services failed to submit a document to the courts, and now my case likely been thrown out and money lost.

Just another example of Broken Britain. Rogue operators, running dodgy companies. Which close and then reopen under other names. Whilst doing a runner with any profits. Leaving the consumer out in the cold.

Have just received an email from them to say they are about to appoint Administrators as the business is involvent.

No mention of this on their website though!

I had an awful experience and complained to the Legal Ombudsman. I was awarded compensation.

I feel sorry for all those who will be impacted and end up with nothing.

4 months after being asked for payment details for them to send me the money I was awarded - nothing except 1 email saying they had delays in processing payments, despite sending them details and emailing several times they are no longer responding to my mails - so guess they are just keeping money for their office party. Further action will be taken

Still waiting for my money nearly 3 years on after emailing time and time again and getting fobbed off with excuse after excuse.
Waste of time and dont deliver!
Apparently the bank paid the money for ppi to them all that time ago

HMRC send me a litter that they had paid Legal Ventures weeks ago. I have been trying to call them for my payment but they don’t answer their phone. I’ve called about twenty times and spent 30 minutes waiting as I’m first in the queue as the machine keeps telling me but no reply. I’ve had no correspondence either.

Received a letter out of the blue from these people under the guise of Claims Advisory Services. The letter was headed 'It's not too late to claim for your marriage tax allowance'. Page two of their letter has a redress recovered table....
Claims Advisory Service Charge @40% plus VAT
£15 Plus VAT Admin Fee
This equates to nearly 50% of the claim going in their pockets. If you make your claim through HMRC web site it is completely free of charge, a great example of preying on peoples vulnerabilities.

Scammers, pure and simple. You can claim this free of charge on the HMRC website. Avoid like the plague.

Case took ages to finish. Correspondence was appalling. Gad to email and phone office on several occasions before I got a reply,then the icing on the cake. They took more of the claim than I did. 48% fee along with court costs and insurance. Total rip off merchants in my opinion....stay clear.

I got a letter in the post today that I didn’t ask for and don’t want.
It’s an invitation to claim married tax allowance.
But how do they know my address. They got it from Lloyd James Media Ltd.

First you have to submit all your personal details including you National Insurance number.

If the claim is for £500 you received £242..

If you claim directly from HMRC, you get to keep £500

Signed up with them, kept getting text messages saying my claim had been submitted and that the company had 90 days to respond, this continued for almost a year, then I get an email saying they haven’t received the info they requested so they will close my case , I emailed them back explaining I didn’t receive an email, only to be sent a response the day after saying you did not respond within the 14 day deadline so the case is closed. If I want to pursue I need to do it myself.

Do not I repeat do not go anywhere near this company! They are liars and they keep your money for years not months not weeks years ! You have to argue and basically do most of your claim yourself! Con merchants

I think they are part of moneybarn finance all on the take stay clear do not entertain this company SCAM!!!

Send out incorrect information. Been waiting for a a claim to be looked into for over 8months.

They were very quick in getting me the right result.didnt really have to do much.they done everything for me.

I really don't know what's going on in your car pcp claim department but it's dier.
Had a email in April 2022 to say they had recieverd documents from car provider to continue with the case, since then iv been told IT issues, staff shortages are delaying going forward. Every time I ring I get a phone operator who tries to put me through to the car department you can never get through...they will ring you back they never do. They have stopped replaying to emails.
I get the car stuff takes abit longer but we are talking well over a year to submit a claim get the relevant paper work back and I can only assume they are sitting on this for nearly a year.
I wouldn't recommend anyone take a car finance claim to them at the moment as they are clearly struggling with the customers they have but continue to accept new customers. Get through the back log you have already guys. This is a really poor service for car claims at the moment.

I "feel the need" to say my emails are bit getting replys because they aren't.

Your fees should have been taken from my settlement before I received them

Kept me informed through the process. Right up until they were successful in my claim.
