Dan was fantastic at arranging a new mortgage for me and helping with the process of buying my house. He was always very quick to respond, professional and helpful at every stage. He arranged solicitors who were also very efficient and responsive and the whole process was incredibly smooth and easy. Will be recommending him to everyone!

I highly recommend Liddington Mortgages. I was in contact with Dan for several months. Dan gave me advice right at the beginning when I hadn’t even started looking at properties, to give me guidance on what I could afford and also what properties may or may not be accepted with certain lenders. This gave me confidence that I was viewing the right houses and likely to get a full mortgage offer. Dan was then with me every step of the way throughout the 6 month process of buying my home, making sure that the chain was chased and that I would complete before my mortgage offer expired and before the stamp duty increase came into play. He secured a great deal for me and continually checked it was the best deal as interest rates declined.

Dan was on hand to answer any question I had, whatever time of day and no matter how many questions I had per day!
