Lifestance is always very professional & the people are lovely & helpful! Generally I reach someone when calling to schedule or change an appointment.
My therapist is wonderful & very professional as well! I’ve worked with several providers @ Lifestance (over the past five yrs)& have been very pleased! My primary care doctor referred me to Lifestance.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I’ve gotten paired with two psychiatrists in the last couple months that have quit the practice and left me high and dry without medication. I’ve been doing really well on an SSRI for a year now but having to meet with a new psychiatrist for a third time and on a super long waiting list…I might have to cold turkey go off the SSRI and wait months to get back on…not ideal!!! I’m so fed up with LS and it shouldn’t be super hard to continue getting my medicine that I’m doing well on. I’m stable now and life is good, I just need to continue my medicine and not be cut off!!!

I never had a problem scheduling or rescheduling appointments.
I loved my therapist she was wonderful.
