Acquistato il prodotto il 13 maggio con consegna in 6-10 giorni. A fine maggio ancora nulla. Dicono di seguire un codice di tracciamento che non funziona. A metà giugno inizio a chiedere il rimborso. Le prime volte rispondono dicendo che il prodotto arriverà e di seguire il codice di tracciamento che non funziona. Poi non rispondono più. TRUFFA.

I want to warn others against buying stuff from Lightinthebox. They have the worst return system of all online shops in Denmark -or rather none at all! The package arrived from Lithuania and I paid 20 Dkk for delivery. In order to return the purchase I have to send it to China and pay at least hundred DKK for the return post fee. I have to fill in the custom labels myself and may only use the postal services of Postnord. The sandals that I have bought are made of plastic that is useless on skin, they have a strong smell of organic solvent and the sole is stiff -bad quality in general and also, there was no clear warning about the sizes being 2 numbers smaller than in Europe and about the cost of return exceeding the cost of the sandals.
So all together rather buy shoes and clothes in european companies that deliver good quality and guarantee free or cheap and easy return of goods.
I add starn no. 2 because the company, after a leghty correspondence and a weak review on this platform, agreed to refund the amount of money corresponding to the price ex. delivery minus an additional amount equal to the cost of delivery that I have paid originally, which think is a fair way of solving the discourse.
Truly Impressed with Lightinthebox
I have been using their services for over a year and I must say, their products are exactly as featured on-line, good value for money as long as someone knows what to expect and has a sense of guessing the quality of the products, though buying on-line. What made me continue buying from them is the amazing after sales support, ethical service, very swift in responding and clear communication.
They have a great team and the strong will to problem solving with minimal query or investigation on the matter, i.e. keen on building customers' trust and loyalty.
Une escroquerie
Une escroquerie. Le 06 décembre 2020, j'ai commandé une sacoche pour vélo sur cadre et une sacoche sur selle pour un montant total de 27,76 €. Numéro de commande 41689758.
Après plusieurs relances (avant 60 jours) et des excuses du site, je n'ai jamais reçu les colis malgré que mon compte bancaire ai été débité. Le délai de 60 jours passé, il n'est plus possible de faire d'enquête et la commande est définitivement perdue.
Impossible de se reconnecter à mon compte malgré les nouveaux mots de passe que le site m'envoie.
Très mauvaise expérience. C'est tout simplement du vol.
Money for Nothing
Will not order again. Despite straplines of easy returns, products can only returned to an address in China. Most expensive item of my order was poor quality, not as described (ie material) and wrongly sized. Once the company agrees to potential return it offers a 20% refund because of cost of return postage. Alternative is 30%'reward'!
I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
At the request of LIGHTINTHEBOX I am writing this follow up review to my previous post. They asked that I edit the previous review to a more favorable report and also asked that I give them a 4 or 5 star rating.
These people do not seem to understand that good customer service and value comes at the beginning of the transaction, not as the result of negative reports to BBB, Trustpilot, etc..
Their offer to refund only 80% of the paid amount and only after significant coercive pressure via BBB and Trustpilot indicates that this company operates on the fringe of legitimacy and has little or no regard for the customer.
I would never use their services again.

First time I used this site the delivery company had a problem with my address and they helped me to resolve it but it took very long time.. Their CS seems to be responsive and helpful,
The second time one of the items was not matching my order and the solution eventually that they have suggested after negotiation was a refund of 30% I will not buy from them again..

The service
The service: pretty disappointing. It took them one and a half months to process my order from "payment received" to "order shipped", and when that happened it turned out that one of the two hoodies I ordered is not available...so they shipped only the other one, which is absolutely scandalous. First, when I ordered it, it was clearly available, second, I would have had plenty of time to choose another one if they had informed me about it in time. Overall, it took nearly two months to receive my order from the day I paid for them.
The helpdesk: they were kind and fast when I asked about my order, at least they provided me the information, that I have to wait quite long, unlike the website. Getting back the refund was also without a problem.
The hoodie: it is "okay"..the picture on the hoodie is not exactly as it was illustrated on the website, they enlarged by a factor of 2, which is not as good as if the whole picture is visible in the front side..but there are more serious problem I can complain about, so it was not that surprising :D
Overall: based on other reviews that also confirms that my case is not unique, I definitely not recommend this webshop to anyone.
Faultless customer service
After writing a review on the company, I must say that Thier response was nothing but perfect ,they made contact with me with an apology and refunded my money without hesitation,with the money going straight back into my account.
I must say that even though the products were substandard I could not fault the way they dealt with myself,Thier customer service was faultless,with that in mind I would use this company again
Don't deal with this company
Had a very negative experience. Ordered 4 items on 30.12.20. Order was confirmed, money taken immediately. Told 3 to 7 working days for delivery. Then no contact. Really difficult to locate an email address. No response, or update, once I contacted. There was apparently a 'ticket' system for response from the company, which was 'closed' before receiving a response. When I threatened with UK consumer standards authority, and negative feedback via Trustpilot, they suddenly replied. A day later one of my confirmed items was 'out of stock'. Money for that was returned. Was asked whether I wanted to keep the remainder of the order. Was offered £ 24 as compensation. I agreed. Following day they offered £14 compensation or full refund. Opted for full refund, which, in fairness, was dealt with. After my experience with their constant changes to the order date, and lack of initial response and information, I must admit, that I was pleasantly surprised.
However I'm never going to go near them again. And, having reviewed feedback on Trustpilot, which I wished I'd done in the first place, I would strongly recommend to save yourself a lot of stress and keep away !

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. If you can even find a way to contact them, best of luck. There are no phone numbers nor email addresses avail on their website. The only way they seem to respond (albeit not timely) is via FB messenger. They've finally agreed to reimburse me for the return shipping as promised in an email but so far, I have yet to see that. I did finally get my refund for the returned product itself but they charged a "service fee" which is NOT what they agreed to nor what PayPal agreed to so will be disputing that as well.

I cannot Log-in to my account as it will not recognise my password/mobile phone number.
