Il mio ordine ha n#37441652.
Ordine effettuato e pagato il 18 maggio. Dopo alcuni giorni mi rispondono dicendomi che l'ordine è stato spedito, dato che non risultava nulla. Mi rassicurano dicendo che arriverà entro il 10 giugno.
Ovviamente, al 15 giugno nessuna traccia.
Ed il mio pacco non è tracciabile, non riesco a sapere dove si trovi.
Credo di dover confermare a tutti gli effetti che si tratta di una truffa, che a quanto ho letto sulle recensioni ha coinvolto moltissime persone. Attenderò ancora fino a venerdì in attesa di una risposta, sperando in un buon esito.
Poi provvederò a fare la mia segnalazione perché non è ammissibile.

Bestilte en mobiltelefon .efter 2måneder finder man ud af at man ikke kan kan levere. De tilbyder 811kr retur, men de har trukket 1110kr på min konto inklusiv fragt og forsikring.det har jeg gjort indsigelse imod, derefter, tilbyder de det fulde beløb hvis jeg køber andre varer i deres butik.Vil jeg have mine penge tilbage sender de mig ind på et blindt link som er på engelsk og skriver at jeg ikke har adgang.

Først satte de forskellige personer og forskellige afdelinger til at svare mig, at de var ved at løse problemet ( når jeg trackede pakken stod der at den var blevet væk) . Her i oktober mdr. skriver de at ordren er lukket og er helt holdt op med at svare mig.
Ved 2 andre ordre har jeg betalt forsikringer mod told og Skat, som alligevel blev opkrævet. Da jeg bad om at få beløbet refunderet , påstod de at jeg ikke havde tegnet forsikringerne - selv efter jeg havde fremsendt dokumentation!

Don’t buy from this company long delivery times poor quality products and bad customer service purchase price of goods £28 but before the carrier would deliver we had to pay £16 import tax making the product 58% more expensive than advertised contacted customer service they could not careless AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!
Scammers
Scammers! They sent me a refurbished phone instead of a new one. I returned my money via PayPal and then they added my PayPal account to the blacklist. Do not waste your time.
Avoid at all costs
Awful, delayed product, no customer service at all!! You submit a ticket and they provide a response and then if you reply they ignore you. I have still not received my product and I don’t expect to now so that’s nearly £200 down the drain and I can’t contact them to do anything about it! I will never shop here again and will be recommending that nobody else does either!

Pathetic service ..Don't order from this website guy. They would offer premium shipping at extra charge but would never deliver on time.
Orders on 18th July and was promised 28th July as delivery. It was then extended to 15th august and then 25th august. Now on 25th august, they are asking to wait to 6 months!!!
Not willing to refund money as they want the package acknowledge for refund, so another 6 months.

I don't know where to begin....
After several months I still haven't received my parcel. I placed an order on March 13th and today is June 14th. I always get a standard answer from the customer service - and in really bad English too. I have been very patient and trying to explain to them, that my parcel actually was in Denmark, but got sent back due to lack of address - not my mistake, but they had placed the sticker with my address on the corner of the parcel and due to the long transportation or something it got all smeared out and nobody could read it. After a long time with contact to Lightinthebox where they told me to wait and wait and wait, and I couldn't really track the parcel either, I decided to call the parcel center where I live - this was end of April so about 6 -7 weeks after the placement. They told me that they could see my parcel got sent back a few days before I called in due to lack of address. They even sent me the pictures of the parcel, so I could see for myself how the address wasn't visible. Lightinthebox kept telling me to wait and it will come even though I wrote I had been in touch with the post office. I asked them, can you resend it when it returns to China. Yes, they could. But the thing is now that they want me to pay shipping fees once again, which I don't want to do as I am not sure I will ever get the parcel and thing I paid for. They want me to pay through PayPall, but seriously I had nothing to do with sending the parcel and the placement of my address on the corner of a big parcel, so nobody could read it.
Please, don't use this company, you might pay for something you never see and nobody wants to help you - except they want you to pay for shipping fees again - and then you are still not sure you'll ever see the parcel. Cannot recommend this to anybody, EVER....
Update: After I wrote this, I finally received my parcel without paying an extra time for the shipping fees. So thank you lightinthebox for sending the parcel after two months of waiting and a long email correspondence with you, although I will never use you again.

Not a good experience. The products weren't good quality (I might have expected that from the price), but on top of that several of the products were broken when I received them.

Direkte elendig. De skriver de shipper det samme dag, men de gør det ikke klar at de er fra kina og det er på budcykel... Har endnu ikke modtaget min order. Har fået en regning fra told og moms på 300 for import. De spammer din mail boks og du kan ikke framelde dig. BRUG IKKE denne virksomhed.
Deres forsikring er fup
Jeg betalte ekstra for en told- og afgiftsforsikring, men da jeg bad om at få pengene refunderet kom de dog aldrig. Deres kundeservice påstod at de havde overført pengene og sendte endda falske udskrifter fra paypal til at bekræfte dette (dette har jeg fået bekræftet af paypal).
Jeg vil aldrig handle hos dem igen.

Jeg bestilte en google chromecast D. 09-09-16. for 176.00 dkr. Fik D. 28-09-16 Brev fra told og skat, de vil ha' 191,00 dkr. for at få den gennem told. Så nu lader jeg den gå retur. Har villet kontaktet dem på deres hjemme side, men er umulig at finde rundt på, bliver hele tiden henvist til anden side, når jeg vil ha' kontakt oplysninger. Jeg prøver så at udfylde en kunde tilfreds noget. Den vil ikke sende, be'r om noget jeg har udfyldt. Har svaret retur, på svar mail, fra dem ved ordr. bekræft. Det svarer de ik på. så ved ik' om jeg så bliver snydt for det oprindelige beløb.

jeg har den 14 sep. købt en bidetbruser og her den 5 okt. venter jeg stadig på min vare det mener jeg er for lang tid hvis det er noget man forventer at skal bruge så det er det sidste jeg køber ved den firma så meget billider er det heller ikke
