I think the service team does a great…

I think the service team does a great job. They are very responsive and usually come up with a satisfactory solution to most any issue I have had. They are both patient and pleasant to work with. Kudos to Angelo and Eric for the great service I've received.

We transitioned from SAP…

We transitioned from SAP BusinessObjects to Intellifront BI and we've loved the easy to use GUI and support we've received. The developers are laid back and open to customizing the platform for your needs. We've found more ways to connect our employees to our data and have seen how much it's helped our company as a whole.
All in all, we are very happy with this product and the ChristianSteven team!

Consistently Excellent Support

Angelo Ortiz is always responsive, thorough and professional with any of our support requests. I have grown to trust that any issue will be resolved in a timely manner and any request will be fully considered.

Usually CS tech support is good however

Usually CS tech support is good, but with a recent ticket I was told the issue was opened as a JIRA (whatever that is) and I would receive updates anytime it was worked on. That was in July and I never received one update on it. I have also followed up with support and techassist and never received a response to my email.

I apologize that you have received no update on your JIRA CRD-242. I am going to follow up on this request and get you an update as to where we stand on this fix. I am hoping to have an answer for you on Monday.

More time required to resolve issues

We have now on numerous occasions tried to resolve CRD issues. The feedback I received from Kalinn was that we are only given a 1/2 hour slot and the allotted time is not sufficient to resolve the matters. Since the upgrade of CRD we have been experienced issues whereby CRD adds characters to certain reports and one of our critical daily reports (ADU report ) to one of our biggest suppliers has to be run manually everyday.

The time slot was allocated for last night but for 22h00 SA time. We requested that the time be changed to a more convenient time.

I have been in contact with Kalinn and he does have my calendar link, so he can select a day & time's that will work out for him. We will work together to get your issue resolved.

I've made several inquiries on an upgrade path in terms of moving CRD to another server while preserving all of our current schedules and schedule related data. I've not gotten a response from anyone. They are quick to collect money for maintenance, but when maintenance is required we don't get what we pay for..

Flexible, easy to use program and the support provided is outstanding. It does exactly what it was designed to do.

Can't complain with their technical…

Can't complain with their technical support team specially Angelo Ortiz, he's very accomodating and knowledgable with the product. Always responsive and go extra mile to assist clients. Kudos to Angelo!

Not the best experience

Not the best experience. Afraid with each upgrade that it will cost me a 4-6 hours to resolve issues from the fallout.

Using multiple ODBC connections in a report does not pass through to the report and the parameters for each connection must be set.

Unable to get two features working - file append and creating files on a share.

Spent quite a bit of political capitol at a new company obtaining the support and funds to purchase the software. Wished I'd gone with the competitors product; slightly annoyed with the entire experience if that isn't apparent. Sales and main support person are both great.
