Rod was very good at explaining and answering any questions we had. The use of equipment to practice CPR for example was very helpful and should not make it a daunting task should we need to administer it in the future.

This was our fourth time using Lightning training and I would highly recommend them.

Had an excellent baby & infant first aid lesson today, it was very informative. I hope I never have to use the techniques demonstrated, but good to have some insight on what to do in the situation

Learning infant first aid was something…
Learning infant first aid was something I just knew I had to do after a recent experience with my son. Rod was extremely supportive, knowledgeable and helpful with the demonstrations and explaining everything. I highly recommend. I feel a lot more confident with administering first aid.
