Manual handling - brilliant!
It was a great experience, very informative and I am feeling much more confident in my ability of manual handling. Additionally receiving a booklet which covers the information taught alongside further knowledge is extremely useful.

Really good company to learn first aid, had to do it at work and the trainer kept the course interesting and fun. He even answered more in depth questions about the subject
