Erstmals in dem Hotel und alles passte. Wenn man spontan eine Übernachtung braucht ist das genau das Richtige.

Einfache Handhabung, alles titop sauber, gut erreichbar, jederzeit erreichbar, ckeck-in, check-out total easy.

Das Zimmer ist schon groß und sehr gemütlich!
Es war alles ordentlich und sauber.
In der kleinen Küche gab’s alles was man benötigt.
Edika war direkt vor der Tür und die Straße runter gibs kleine Restaurants (Burger, Italienische und griechische Küche)
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

I stayed at this hotel for a three‑night business trip in a suite on the 4th floor. My windows faced the inner courtyard, and I really appreciated that they could actually be opened for fresh air.The room was in very good condition. There was a small table where I could work comfortably on my laptop, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom (with shower) was clean and modern, with a hairdryer provided. In the bathroom there was a combined shower gel and shampoo, which was perfectly fine for a short stay.The small kitchen was well equipped: cutlery, dishes, pots and pans – all in good condition. The fridge is small, but it was enough for my needs. The sink and tap were convenient to use, but there was no real place to dry washed dishes, which was a minor inconvenience. The kitchen also had both paper towels and a regular dish towel.One thing that could be improved is waste and recycling. It would be great to have a way to separate plastic, along with clear instructions on where to leave it. Even in just three days, I ended up with a full bag of plastic waste and no obvious way to sort it properly.There is a capsule coffee machine in the room, which I liked, but the capsules ran out quickly and I did not receive any additional ones during my stay. Housekeeping did not disturb me at all for the three days, which can be seen as a plus, but it would be nice to have an easy way to request extra coffee and to dispose of accumulated trash.Lighting options in the room were varied and convenient. There is a TV, though I did not use it. The internet connection was very good and unlimited, which is important when travelling for work.Access to the building and rooms is via codes. You need to enter the corridor code twice – once at the building entrance and again on the floor – and then there is a separate code for the room itself. I recommend using their app, as it contains all the access information and makes check‑in and check‑out very straightforward.Breakfast is served in a café on the corner rather than in the hotel itself. You can either order a standard breakfast on site (I had scrambled eggs and a black coffee/tea), or choose a sandwich (several options), plus a croissant and a large cappuccino or another drink of your choice.Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Apart from a few small nuances (recycling options, extra coffee capsules, and easier trash disposal), everything was great. Thank you to the team – I would happily stay here again and can recommend this place, especially for business trips.

Beautiful and spacious, very clean, we had a great time.

Wir waren jetzt das 3 mal im Miano. Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Zimmer sehr ordentlich mit allem was man braucht. Das neue System mit Zugang per Code ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Gut, dass noch jemand an der Bar/ Rezeption steht. Das darf auf keinen Fall abgeschafft werden. Dann verliert das Hotel viel an Komfort.

Wir waren als Familie da und es war alles Super. Gab zwar kein Aufzug und so mussten wir samt Gepäck in die 4. Etage laufen war aber Kein Weltuntergang. Alles sauber. Sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. War alles da was man benötigt. Check in/Check Out alles problemlos. Bei Fragen gab es eine rasche Antwort. Wohnung lag zentral somit konnte man alles bequem mit den Öffis erreichen und Auto stand im Parkhaus sicher. Kommen gerne wieder

Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet.Die Lage optimal um die Stadt zu erkunden.Es war alles da was man benötigt,allerdings wäre es schön gewesen wenn ein großer Besen zum gelegentlichen durchkehren da gewesen wäre.Mit dem kleinen Kehrbesen in der Küche gelingt das sehr schlecht.Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können.Zigarettenstummel auf dem Balkonboden hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck.Alles in allem würde ich aber auf jeden Fall wieder bei ihnen buchen

Entrada accesible , por detallar algo, primero nos llegó el número de acceso al portal y después el número de apartamento , lo que nos lío un poco al solo poder entrar abajo y no saber a dónde dirigirnos.pwro se soluciono pronto .atención al teléfono rápidamente también muy importante .
Situcion idónea cerca de todo para visitar .
Estuvimos dos adultos y dos niñas .
Encantados los cuatro. Muy recomendable.

Amazing property

J'ai réservé et payé un studio sur Booking ou l'appartement est référencé. Mon payement est accepté, la réservation confirmée, mais je suis redirigée sur Limehome, qui me demande de finaliser, je dois envoyer photos de pièce d'identité et selfie. Si non je n'aurai pas accès au bien.
Temporairement, je n'ai qu'un téléphone NOKIA, il ne m'est pas possible d'envoyer des photos.
Ma réservation est pour dans 2 jours. Ils me répondent que c'est obligatoire, sans aucune autre solution, ma réservation est non annulable, le montant est dû, et je n'ai reçu aucune information AVANT PAYEMENT.
Que puis-je faire?

Lage top, Zimmer top, Sauberkeit top - alles fantastisch und eine glatte 10/10. Komme gerne wieder!

Excellent stay for a good price. There were even earplugs! I was scared that would be because of the house but it was a very quiet room. Really clean and neat.

Heerlijk genoten! Ontzettend mooi gebouw. Mooie verzorgde en heel propere kamer. Fijn dat er een keukentje in de kamer is, met alle benodigdheden, zelfs ook olie, peper en zout en een ruime ijskast. Ook de locatie is super. Ondergrondse parking vlakbij, aan de overkant van de straat is er een bakker en beenhouwer. Dichtbij het centrum, net ver genoeg om rustig te zitten en toch dichtbij leuke restaurantjes en bars.

Die Lage und der Preis sind unschlagbar. Es waren allerdings ein paar Kleinigkeiten dabei, die keine 5 Punkte verdienen. Die Lampe auf dem Nachttisch hat nicht funktioniert, die Brause im Bad sowie der Wasserhahn in der Küche waren kaputt und im Bad war Schimmel am Fenster.
Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

The location is absolutely excellent, very close to the metro, which made getting around Paris incredibly easy. We will definitely return here on our next trip to Paris.
The room is a bit compact, especially considering that the windows cannot be opened, but it was very clean and well-equipped with an iron, hair dryer etc. Overall, we had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the convenience and comfort.

Wonderful room, very clean and very close to metro station. Easy to find the building and all the access instructions were clear and sufficient. Highly recommend!
