Clean and good location

La habitación es excelente y muy tranquila, además de estar en pleno centro, andando 5min. Lo único a destacar es el parking, ya que si vas en coche cuesta mucho encontrar sitio. Por lo demás una estancia fantástica, gracias!!

Готель супер, все є для комфортного проживання на декілька днів, було дуже тепло, біля готелю зупинка автобуса, можна також зробити пішу прогулянку. Задоволені відпочинком!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Erfahrung mit Limehome.

Ein besonderer Dank gilt Herrn Cheiran für die hervorragende Organisation und die tolle Vorbereitung unseres Aufenthalts. Alles war sehr gut vorbereitet und professionell umgesetzt.

Meine Frau war besonders begeistert von der liebevollen Überraschung mit dem Blumenstrauß – das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner und unvergesslich gemacht.

Recommend good value for money. Place was really nice, comfy, friendly and helpfull staff. Minor things not enough for the 4 of us, like duvet and level of shower soap was low.

Great location. Was close to all the places we wanted to explore in Berlin. Also love that it was self service . Would highly recommend and would visit again when I’m in Berlin again

Not safe – fire alarm incident with no staff or emergency support

I would strongly advise not to book this hotel, especially if you value basic safety.

During the night, the fire alarm went off twice, and all guests were forced to evacuate the building. This is already serious — but what followed was worse: there was no staff on site, no emergency phone number, and no meaningful remote support.

This is a fully digital hotel, yet there was no plan for handling an emergency. Guests were left outside in the middle of the night with no information or guidance. I personally had to deal with the police and ultimately reset the fire alarm myself, despite being a guest. Even while FaceTiming customer support, they were unable to help or manage the situation in any way.

This is not just an inconvenience — it is a clear safety failure. A hotel, digital or not, must have proper emergency procedures and a way to support guests during incidents like this. This hotel did not.

Afterwards, the compensation offered was €25, which is frankly unacceptable given the seriousness of the situation. I have since seen multiple other reviews describing the exact same issue, which suggests this is a known and recurring problem.

Until this hotel chain takes guest safety seriously and puts real emergency procedures in place, I would not recommend staying here.

The Hotel was clean. Breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely come back when next I am in Benidorm. I would also recommend to anyone visiting Benidrom great place to stay at the heart of the city.

Die Unterkunft war toll! Einfaches Einschecken, einfaches Auschecken. Die Küche hat alles, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Bett war größer als erwartet. Jallusie hat funktioniert. Der Ort ist zentral und dafür, dass die Umgebung nicht einladend ist, kann diese Unterkunft nichts. Einzig und allein gewisse Geräusche von Heizung, Lüftung, Kühlschrank haben ein wenig gestört. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Mein zweites Mal bereits! Es war alles sauber und ging reibungslos, obwohl ich erst sehr spät gebucht habe. Preis Leistung diesmal unschlagbar, und man bekommt eine komplett neue Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten :-)

Amazing space! Really felt like home. Clean, well equipped and centrally located. I highly recommend!!

Everything super clean! The space is very big and great for two people, with everything you might need. The location is also great, you have lots of restaurants, supermarket and stuff around. Transportation is also down the road!
Would definitely stay here again :)
