I booked a baby Bentley for my daughter’s 10th birthday. I told Exclusive Hire what my budget was and they were very accommodating and reasonably priced considering the distance we were travelling.

Exclusive Hire were very friendly and professional. After making the booking I was kept update with emails and they called a couple of days before just to reconfirm which was very reassuring.

In the day, the driver texted me to let me know his ETA.

John, our driver was smartly dressed and very friendly. He opened the door for my daughter and her friends.

The limo was beautiful and clean inside. The ceiling was lit up and John explained how to connect to the Bluetooth to play our own music which we were in control of at the back.

There were Champagne flutes and water provided. The only negative was that we were told that soft drinks would be provide such as Fanta etc but luckily I packed soft drinks for the kids.

We were driven to our destination and John happily waited for us. We texted him when we were finished and he arrived back promptly to collect us.

The drive was very smooth and felt very safe.

I would highly recommend Exclusive Hire.

I booked a limo to take us to Fairmont Park Windsor for high tea as a surprise for my Mum’s 80th birthday. We had such a great day, Lance our driver couldn’t do enough for us. He was brilliant, friendly & very courteous. Would highly recommend.

Can’t fault them at all! Great at coming back with any questions. Where on time which was great and the girls loved it.

We hired a limo for prom and have to say the service was great, from booking through to the “big day”. The chauffeur was brilliant, even though he had 10 shrieking teenage girls en route to prom. Well done and would defo recommend.

Booked a Rolls Royce Ghost via exclusive hire for my son’s prom together with two of his friends. Car arrived exactly on time , the driver was polite and courteous and it gave them a brilliant start to their prom.

Had hired a rolls Royce phantom for my grandsons prom. It exceeded expectations. The gentleman that had driven the car was amazing, he made sure everything went above and beyond and even took some professional photos of my grandson and his partner. Would 100% recommend to anyone to hire a car from this company for any special occasions.

Hired 3 x G63s for my daughter’s wedding. Cars were immaculate. Drivers polite and helpful. Communication throughout was very good.

I booked a limo as a surprise for my daughter's birthday, the process was very easy and straight forward and the company were very easy to deal with and communicate with. The limo arrived early and the driver was extremely friendly. My daughter and her friends had an amazing time ands it made her birthday so special.

I booked a Party Humer as a surprise for my Son's 16th birthday, unfortunately for me l didn't realise that this company is a broker and they charged me £300 just for the privilege of using them to contact another company who further charged me £250 for their service's ( if l had gone directly to them that is all it would have cost me.
So at that price I expected that the day would be perfect but unfortunately it wasn't, there had been a hold up on the time of the Humer arriving due to an accident, l did get a telephone call to say that they would be about 15mins late but after waiting outside with 14 children with additional needs and who where getting very anxious l had to call back, this was 35 mins later. Only to be told the Humer was waiting on a different street to the one we were waiting for! Where was the communication then?
We had to walk to the Humer instead of the Humer coming to us which spoilt the whole experience of a surprise!
We then found out this was a replacement Humer and it the inside looked nothing like they advertised on their website.
We asked about drinks for the children and was presented with the warmest bottle of CHEAP coke you can imagine, which I refused to give the children, the driver then had to stop at a garage to get us drinks (he didn't bother to ask what we would like)
At one point the music went off and the driver had to reset the system.
Thankfully the children did enjoy the ride (the only positive thing I can say) but as a single parent who had saved for this day I expected it to be perfect and it just wasn't.
The day after l received a text message to ask if everything went ok and if I could leave a review.
I phoned them and sent an email to tell them about my experience and that I was not really happy. He (Guy) promised to look into this and get back to me. I left it 4 days and after hearing nothing I rang him again, he said he was with a client and would ring me back, needless to say he didn't and after waiting another day to hear from him l have finally decided to leave a review as requested. I am sure it's not the review he would have liked but it is the truth! I would not recommend this company as l feel l have thrown £300 away!

We used Exclusive Hire for a company event in Newcastle upon Tyne, this was quite a complex request in that we were accommodating 90 people across four vehicles in two seperate groups, going to differing locations.

Exclusive Hire were able to provide the requested cars, and at the last minute a back up party bus (2x limos and 2x party buses total) to cater for the event.

The vehicles were immaculately clean, and the drivers very helpful and professional, everyone involved with the event had a great time.

I booked a white baby Bentley limo for my daughter's wedding day on the 7th October 2023 through Exclusive Hire and I'm so glad I did.
The limo driver turned up on time, he was smartly dressed, polite and nothing was too much trouble. He ensured that we all had first class service from the start to the finish of our journey.
Our journey to Grittleton House in the limo was just the start to an absolutely beautiful day. The limo was stunning inside and with the complimentary bottle of bubbly opened, we all had a fantastic journey. We cannot thank the driver enough for everything he did and for getting us all safely to the wedding venue.
I would like to thank all the staff for making the beginning of my daughter's wedding day one she will cherish.

We had a brilliant experience the driver was lovely telling one of the bairns how to do the music the car was beautiful and the inside was very attractive with the lights the seating was all set out nice and the bairns thought they were great with real Champaign flutes. The driver gave us time to take photos. This was a very good experience and I would highly recommend and use the company again. Thank you for making my lads' special night extra special

Hired for my birthday to take me and my friends to Manchester and the experience was insane would definitely book with this company really good price and the driver was lovely friendly and funny 10/10
