Lincoln Limousine | New York Limo and Car service レビュー

Professional services, clean cars, highest quality. 5 stars without hesitation!

Great trip! Confortable and on time.

the dispatcher who handled the scheduling of our care service for my boss's guest was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I loved the customer service your employee exhibited. She was very patient as I asked a million questions and covered the details more than four times. She smiled through that phone the entire time. You need to have her teach phone customer service. Tell her that I will use her car service for my boss's client's needs for now own just because she wowed me!!!

I used them a couple of time. I like them and their business model.

Solid business from solid company out there - I am really happe that I am livin in one town with that people anyway. I do hope it will only get better over time. How much of that bad reviews I see there will continue to arise ? Business are not being done by that.

I'm very old client, every time i visit New York i use them. They never let me down.

Driver great, daughter had a great time thanks

These guys run a circus not a business.

I booked a return transfer for my daughter who was travelling first time to NYC.

She was left wandering airport at 6am and finally when we found the driver he tried to drop her at the wrong place.

On the return they changed the pick up time without drawing attention to it. By the time we tracked them down she nearly missed her flight.

They then charged us extra claiming we got time wrong

Use them at your peril

Driver turned up on time despite the rain. Perfect vehicle for our 6 bags as arranged. Would definitely use them again.

Driver arrived on time.. Helped a lot.

Totally unacceptable, rude and unprofessional staff. Left me stranded after 'losing' my reservation. Called them when it was time to go and customer service staff were extremely rude and started shouting at me.

Don't trust the reviews on here either. They are unverified and fake if you do some digging.

Ady the supposed manager rude over the phone, foul and abuisve language tried to charge me $75 more than I'd already paid.

Was the first time in the hung apple and we want to use a limo
Was nice safe and fast
And good price

After a 24 hour flight driver called 40 minutes late and got an attitude. Left the airport and left me stranded. Never showed up with sign with my name. Office was rude and nasty. Use this service at ur own risk. I had to scramble for another ride after international flight

Driver was on time and got me to the airport super fast. Will definitely use again in the future

Our driver was on time, courteous and got us to our destination as quickly as possible. Thank you Lincoln Limousine!

Very late pick up, poor service, driver stayed off freeway to avoid tolls that were included in the price. Will never use these guys again

I took Lincoln this morning to transfer from hotel to Laguardia. The driver was was on time and courteous. I use them whenever I go to New York because they are very dependable.

Ghazi is a wonderful driver. On time, friendly and so pleasant. Thank you!
