Diane Wright has arranged our mortgage renewals on a number of occasions. We have always found her to be extremely helpful and approachable, giving us several options on available rates to choose from and made the experience very stress free.

Bo Kim has been such a useful advisor along the whole process. We have some issues which makes our matter complex, and Bo has been helpful from the start throughout.

I would highly and happily recommend Bo who has shown great knowledge, given great advice, and has really taken care of us as clients.

Good and efficiant service

Mark Owen was a great find, we had to secure a complicated mortgage (being three owners) and he did is with no trouble at all. He was always on hand to answer our questions and nothing was too much for him. We would absolutely recommend him and I personally have never had such a kind and friendly mortgage broker.

Mark Bailey was so knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me through each step and made the transition so easy to do.

I had Grace Kitching support me in getting my mortgage and I would not use anyone else. I was a first time buyer and extremely nervous about buying my first house. Grace explained everything in such good detail and answered all of the questions I had (and I had lots!). The support I received from her was out of this world. I must commend the excellent service we received from Siobhan Kellett when buying our home. She is resourceful, brilliant, supportive and amazing at her job. She gave us a wrap-around service that included getting a lender, and then a mortgage offer (which came really quickly), conveyancer and even insurance. When there were challenges and we almost lost hope, Siobhan was there to help resolve them and get everything back on track. I honestly can’t thank her enough. Paul Armstrong helped me with my remortgage. I walked in with hunched shoulders as my mortgage is crippling and it's been a tough few months but I skipped out of the meeting. Ben is one of the best Mortgage advisor who you can trust and rely closings your eyes. He knows his tools very well. He is focused on the best interest of his client. He is very professional and in rare circumstances where it goes against the estate agent, he maintains confidentiality and secures his client’s best interest. Lisa Carson has been brilliant in helping us get our life insurance sorted. We particularly appreciated that face to face appointments have been held at our home and managed around our work and family commitments.
