I purchased a used car from Lings having scoured dealers nationwide for the car/spec I was looking for. Living the other side of the country I bought the car without physically seeing it and all the contact with them was via phone or email and arranged for the car to be delivered.
I was sent plenty of video walk arounds of the car and all queries/questions were easily and efficiently answered.
Would I buy another car from Lings this way? Absolutely, the process was flawless and am very happy with the car I bought.

From the first visit, which ended up being nearly 3 hours, to the final purchase, and a test drive in between, time was never an issue. Gary could not have been more helpful, updating me as the sale progressed. Just enjoying my new car now!!

Everyone was very helpful from the moment I stepped into the showroom to when I drove my car away. It can be daunting buying a car and I was apprehensive that I would be pushed towards making decisions I was not ready to make. However, this was most definitely not the case. I was supported and advised but never rushed. Thank you Lings, I am super happy with the service I received from you and from Gary in particular.

I bought a Kia from Lings and had great customer experience all the way through. I was served by Gary who was able to answer all of my questions and sent through multiple videos showing the quality and features of the car. I requested a video to show how the infotainment system and the rest of the interior features work and was sent a comprehensive video by Gary on the same day.

Delivery was organised to suit my availability and the car was delivered right within the stated time slot. The only part of the experience that was less than ideal was some very minor damage on the car when it arrived that had apparently been overlooked but the Lings team was very helpful when I informed them and I was financially compensated for this. The car is performing well and I am very satisfied with the deal I got on it. I recommend buying a car from Lings.

Needed a car. Saw one online I like at lings Lowestoft branch.
I went and had a test drive of it.
Gary Hedges was there that day, very helpful, nothing was to much trouble.
He was very knowledgeable and friendly, also great sense of humour.
I decided to buy the car and collected it the following week, serviced, Mot. It was immaculate but some how they made it even more immaculate from the week before.
Gary Hedge was their for my collection also.
I would highly recommend Lings to friends and family and if in the position to buy an even better car in the future, I will go back.

Very straight forward process with helpful and attentive staff. They phone you to keep you well up to date with what's happening.

Brought a car from lings and had it delievered as lived too far away to visit. Dealt with Gary who made the whole experience so easy from beginning to end. Plenty of updates, videos, all questions asked. Brilliant service. So would recommend.

Gary was very friendly and gave helpful advice about other cars besides the one I bought from him. He went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I bought was to my satisfaction and was very helpful after sale as well when I had questions. Would buy from him again!

Have bought cars from Lings before, but this time I felt the service was very poor and unprofessional. We were left on our own for long periods of time while we didn't know what was going on. At one stage my husband was so fed up that he said to ignore the sale and we would take our own car home again

Very good experience here as it was before when I purchased a motorcycle I dealt with Kevin then and this time was Mark when I bought my car very nice helpful very clear about the purchase agreement so all good,

As mentioned in previous feedback, Mark Mills, Assistant Manager could not have been more helpful. I actually bought the car that was in the showroom, I didn't even sit in it to see if I liked it or what features it had! Mark kept me updated on all aspects of my journey and was very honest and polite throughout the whole process, 2 aspects of life I value highly. His aftersales care has been very welcome and I know I feel able to discuss any aspect of my experience with the new car, which to date has been second to none. I love it!
