Mark managed to get my daughter who has ASD to talk with him both face to face and over the phone when he called to update us with our order. She didn’t want to speak with anyone else. He was not only professional but knowledgeable and spoke to her so she could understand him. He was friendly and seemed to enjoy ensuring we were made to feel at ease.

Very pleased with the service provided by Lings and especially pleased with their representative Beth who really went the extra mile. Hassle-free part exchange and good communication throughout. It took less than a week from my initial inquiry to driving away in my brand new car. Would highly recommend, and I have to say my new car is lovely!

On requesting to sell my car the Manager wouldn’t look at the part exchange car and just looked at photos that the salesman took . Thought this very poor . Price wasn’t good either stating that the car looses approx £250 per month . Didn’t believe this , however price did improve when I finally wanted to buy another car . Had problems with new car too because battery not charged and had to go back as it was tested and put on charge . Tried to sell me a service plan too but later found out the car already on a plan ! Wasn’t a good start and then the service manual not completed . When finally got car back all ok and ‘touch wood’ no problems since . Staff very pleasant and accommodating though . Minor detail Would have been nice to have been offered a cup of tea as we were there for 3.5 hours but not essential .

Bought a £21000 car from this dealer. Sales team gave me incorrect information. I discovered the car had faults which would cost £2000 to repair. Dealer would not rectify so I rejected the car. Very unpleasant experience. Poor dealer.
Having read this dealers response to me, I am surprised at the comments.
The car had a leaking suspension arm which needed replacing, the bushes were corroded and needed replacing, the front brake discs and pads were 80% warn, one tyre had a split in it which was very dangerous and needed replacing, the wipers needed replacing, the battery needed replacing, Lings had failed to replace the fuel filter which was due. The car was checked by a Audi main dealer and an independent Audi specialist who both highlighted these issues. Communication with lings was very poor. I took this car to an Audi main dealer and an independent specialist, following discovering some essential work had not been carried out by lings. Lucky I did. Good luck to the next owner.

We have recently bought a used Hyundai from Lings of Lowestoft. Gary (Hedge) was super helpful and answered all our questions without making us feel rushed. The sale went very smoothly and Gary was very knowledgeable in all aspects.

Very bad service I will never buy a bike off you again

I have just purchased a 2 yr.old Mazda sport, something completely different to my usual Ford Fiesta etc. I feel I have made the right decision, it’s more comfortable for me since I have been having to undergo chemo. 5 doors are good and also the rear camera an added bonus. I feel the salesman was very good as he seemed to sense I didn’t need any sales pressure. Also recieved a fare price on my tradein
