Gary made the whole thing very easy from beginning to end,a great ambassador for your company thank you.

Great service from the sales person to the sales manager, made to feel comfortable and welcome with a drink and had everything explained.

The service I have received from Connor Benstead and Mark Mills at Lings Honda has been excellent.Both of them have been very helpful,profesional and have a good knowledge of their product.Whilst in the showroom my wife and I were both made welcome,and the purchase of my Civic was a smooth and pleasant experience.

Always found the staff at Ling's to be very helpful, informative and caring in their approach, from Sales staff, Reception and Garage personnel. Hence, over the years we travel from Norwich to Lowestoft to purchase and maintain our Honda cars. Always very satisfied.

All in all a good experience could improve on part exchange procedure as valued our car very low and in the end came up to The price every other Garage was offering after a lot of emails being sent back and forth

The help and care from all your staff were, as ever, excellent.
Mostly because I am not au fait with some of the issues to be decided (eg gap insurance etc) I found there was a lot of jargon to take in in a short period but, again as ever, it was sorted out and help was always offered.
So sorry the Honda side is to be dropped soon.

Buying a new Hyundai Tuscan was a great experience, especially because of the service from Connell. At every stage he introduced us to the car in a relaxed, yet informative way. His affable manner helped us to make an informed decision without any pressure. Lings as a whole has been excellent. So thank you to all........and, by the way, we are really enjoying driving the plug-in hybrid.

From order to delivery (6 months) I was kept informed of progress. The delivery date was pushed back but that was not the dealers fault. Bethany is efficient and not the typical pushy salesperson. I was never put under any pressure to buy extras but I was offered them. I have no hesitation in recommending Lings to purchase a car

Excellent experience. No hassle. Kept informed of car delivery status. Even sent video of car being unloaded from the transporter. Very pleased.

Excellent customer service, very polite staff, answered all questions promptly, willing to make sure you get what's right for you (Vehicle/Finance), would highly recommend.

My wife and I had a problem with the heating system in our car which we had purchased just over 18 months from them, we rang them over this problem and we were given an appointment the next day on the assumption it would be an easy fix, however it turned out to be a little more problematic than either side had anticipated.
As the car had to stay in overnight we were offered a courtesy car until it was fixed as one was available, we neither asked nor expected this to be offered and it took us by surprise and cannot say thank you enough.
Later in the day called to inform us that they had identified the problem and that the car would be ready the following day, they phoned the next morning to say the car was ready to pick up and they had given it a clean before we collected it.
Not only was the service we received first class, what we were charged was also exceptionally competitive.
We cannot thank them enough for how they have treated us and will continue to use Lings for our servicing of the car and any repairs.

Very helpful from start to finish of sale

Bought a bike remotely as a fab deal on an unregistered 2020 CB1000R. Great service from Bob, really happy with the bike.

I wanted go buy my first e-car and Chelsea at Honda Hyundi was extremely helpful and efficient. I love my Hyundai Ioniq.

I dealt with Gary for the duration of our dealings. Communication was always quick, very informative and helpful while part exing my vehicle.
He helped us come to a deal which was more ideal for both of us and up to now the car has had zero issues, came in fantastic condition, bought the BMW 2 series blind as I'm located 4hours away. Very very little scuff marks, cleaned bottom up, with some fantastic kit considering its a 6yr old 7 seater and will have had kids inside.

Wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them in the future, blind viewing or not I would highly recommend lings. Thanks again Gary.
