Have to say a very BIG THANK YOU to Gary Hedge for all the details and negotiations on the part exchange of our old car and on the purchase of our Honda Civic. We both love our new car. Picked up new Honda HR-V Hybrid Saturday 8th January, was due to collect 21/12/2021, but got let down by Honda Delivery.
Mark Mills at Lings Honda was very sorry but said it was out of his control.
He did managed to get the new date after a lot of emails etc.
He was very professional with the way he dealt with our purchase and with the hand over.
We are very pleased with the car and would recommend Lings Honda (Lowestoft).
I hope the aftercare will be just as good.

I recently picked up my new car from Lings Motor Group and I can not fault them in any way. Everyone that I came into contact with was welcoming, helpful and professional. All my options were explained in detail to me and the sale from start fo finish was very accommodating to my needs. I felt very well looked after and would highly recommend to my friends and family.

The salesperson I was assigned was professional and courteous. He took on board what I said I needed and didn't try to push extraneous services/ goods onto me. He gave me lots of time to decide to make sure I got what I was looking for - he also liked a bit of a chat, as do I, so I can't fault his soft skills at all. I was trading in another vehicle and the whole process was faff-free and didn't cause me any stress whatsoever.

Lings were great ! I love my new car . Gary the sales hit was honest and fair and answered all my queries . The car was immaculate when I picked it up as had been valeted and was shining . Ist vlass service all round and a nice guy in Gary . I’m in sales and hate pushy sales people which Gary wasn’t he listened to my requirements and delivered ! Would definitely recommend you to others !

Went to Lings with a view to buying a new i10, but saw the i20 connect element and fell in love. Salesperson Bethany was so helpful and my purchase went smoothly. Collected the car 2 days ago and completely love it! I've had 3 new i10 s before and would recommend Hyundai to everyone

I was very pleased with the service I was given from start to finish with Lings Motor Group. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were always quick to reply to my queries and I came away with my dream bike very happy. Not one part of the process felt like a chore which made it all a breeze. I'd highly recommend.

Gary was helpful in all aspects and concerns I had with any of the parts which needed to be either investigated or fixed, were done with efficiency.
Conal was also great picking up the baton when I concluded my purchase when Gary was not in the business.
