Lings - Powersports Harleston レビュー 

Following on from my positive report unfortunately iv had some negative after having the bike a few weeks iv received a final notice that my bike is not taxed, I thought this can't be right as I was advised by the sales man that it had tax till October, phoned lings where the salesman was helpful had only been there 3 days but he spoke to management and there answer was no vehicle comes with tax now, now I no the laws around transferring tax with a vehicle and this wouldn't have been an issue with me taxing it before I left the showroom, but I was told it was already taxed till October and when originally looking at the bike was told it was ready to ride away and none of that READY TO RIDE AWAY part was ever true and I let the long wait slide as I just wanted the bike, I don't care about paying for tax its irrelevant but what gets me I could have been fined or stopped by the police through no fault of my own and its just not good enough from what I thought was a reputable company, the whole process has just been a nightmare and has definitely put me off using lings in the future

Despite Honda's supply chain issues, Lings managed the process in a professional way and found a compromise which was excellent

Bought a 2019 Triumph 1200 from Lings.
Traded in a pristine 2021 900 tiger rp.
They delivered the bike about 3 weeks from the sale date. Bike was damaged and was described as per Triumph spec. It wasn't as per spec as it didn't have heated seats. I had to buy the heated seats from Lings albeit at cost price. £300 on top of the sale price.
I'm still not 100% happy with the bike as there's a few things that don't work or aren't even present like tpms.
Bike hadn't even been valeted, dust all over dash, engine etc. Crud and even grass under the seat..
Don't use Lings

Don't want to go into details but it was a mixture of good and bad, But the bad matters and it could have been total unavoidable on lings part, and no explanation why ?- So I can only assume the worst. I didn't want to ask why, I assume if your not going to come clean and explain, then I would of only get a load of hogwash answer , if I did ask why what happened, happened. YOUR REPLY IS INCORRECT I WAS NOT TOLD AT ANY POINT OF A REGISTRATION CHANGE , AND ALSO YOU A STILL GIVEN NO REASON WHY YOU CHANGED THE REGISTRATION IN THE FIRST PLACE. SO NOW YOUR TELLING PORKIES ABOUT WHAT I WAS TOLD, NO GUTS TO SAY THE REASON EITHER, DON'T BOTHER REPLYING YOUR JUST DIGGING A BIGGER HOLE OF ? If anything sign on the day did have a reg change on it I was not told and told it was for other things, and no screen maybe that wen with the 1st reg / bike and I got sloppy seconds , thanks great customer service, that's your reply just made a lot worst. 1 STAR EVEN MORE UNHAPPY. and still awaiting screen and bar ends ?

Really decent dealer for motorcycles. Every email answered within 30 min - 1 hour ( by Kevin sales manager) really appreciate that I think it's really important for customer. Bike delivered on time, guys even sort out road tax (47£) for me plus free delivery . Also I've found that they install Aluminium Forza footrests on my bike free of charge I'm really pleased with that. Definitely recommend 100% ! Thanks guys

2nd motorcycle purchase from Harleston and again a great easy service for partexing and purchase of new bike.
Bob in sales made the whole process easy and I had no stress, just had to wait for completion, even the delivery guy was friendly and polite.
I will use Lings again when the time comes in the future to trade in again.

I have tried to get a duplicate service book for a motorcycle they supplied. The staff at every turn have been obstructive and given me the runaround and then told me they cannot help. In 38 years of dealing with motorcycle dealers these have beem the most obstructive , unhelpful people I have ever come across. I would suggest avoiding them at all costs unless you like having a stresful experience.

Very professional from start to finish. I was kept fully informed throughout, and delivery was bang on time. Very pleased with the whole process.

Well they very helpful and and explain everything and talk me frow all of the process and show how everything thing work then they sold me the bike and give me all the information and if I had any problems that I can call them anytime of opening hours.
