I would without any doubt come back to Lings n the future for another bike purchase. Kevin was very helpful, easy to get on with and made the whole process very straight forward. The bike itself is brilliant and everything I hoped It would be.
I have dealt with main dealers in the past and not had a particular enjoyable experience but you guys have definitely changed my opinion on this.

Please do pass on my thanks to the guys working on Saturday’s, it is very difficult for me to get time off work during the week and probably wouldn’t have the bike now if Saturday wasn’t an option.

Telephoned in advance. Very knowledgeable chap called Bob answered. Visited the shop, and Bob guided me through finance, so son has dirtbike ordered.
Great service, very pleased.

I received a good price for my part exchange bike and it was still good 3 months later when Honda UK eventually delivered my new bike to Lings.

The salesman collected my PX from my home and that saved me the hassle of getting it to the dealer.

Handover of my new bike by Kevin was good with all the detail I needed to ride away safely from Lings

My only frustration is with Honda UK who would not give me personally a delivery date.

My first buying experience with lings, small hiccup on the collection date but soon resolved and in fairness I didn’t realise they were so busy! Collection day went smoothly and the salesman was very good, super happy with my bike and I’m glad I shopped locally.

bob at harleston was very helpful, he knew his stuff and made me a cup of coffee which was better then the machine coffee,(his time in the raf was not wasted :-)..), military banter), this was my second purchase over 3years this time i traded in my nc750xdct and bought a lovely triumph speedmaster, i saw this bike in the showroom (i had brought my nc in for a service)spoke to bob about the triumph and arranged a test ride, after the test ride we done a deal and the bike is now my ride and what a sound it makes like a big v twin and the ride is lush (soft seat) and the 1200 motor is powerful for my needs.

My experience of buying a motorbike from Lings Honda was entirely positive. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and always quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend them.

Lings were absolutely superb with my new bike purchase. Courteous, helpful, great advice and kept me up to date with the delivery time. Handover was simple with everything being explained. Really pleased with the bike. 10 out of 10.
