Love our Link wander collar recently we ordered a replacement sport sleeve and it arrived super fast!!! Great product and service.

We bought the LinkAKC for our AKC chocolate lab after reading about a rash of dog disappearances. We haven't had to use it to track him yet, we just test it occasionally if one of us takes the dog to the vet. The battery life on the Link unit could be longer. We have to charge it every 2 days.

The customer service is amazing! I chatted with a company rep online to ask about purchasing a new cover for the unit, and she sent one free of charge. Then we had a problem with the unit not charging; back to chat, and the rep arranged to sent a new unit, again free of charge. We did order and pay for an extra charging base to keep in our camper (we spend a lot of time there) due to the need to recharge so often.

Overall, we have been very satisfied, and if the unit stayed charged longer, it would have been 5 stars.

Great concept, however my dog regularly gets out and the GPS doesn't always link up correctly.

I didn’t like the band lost battery after 6 hours I left to work and my dog got out I tried to get someone to find him since i work at a hospital I could not leave by the time I got somebody to go the battery drained and he came home 2 days after I requested a refund and will be returning

Link is always right on point tracking my dog and letting me know her fitness level every day

Link AKC has been really nice to have on my dogs when I was visiting family in Oregon and once they escaped and I knew about it right away. Thanks Link AKC!

So far so good using the link collar. Just wish if the collar gets turned off for more than 12 you get a notification

I haven’t gotten my collar set up yet, but I am very excited about it. I have to say this was one of the best customer services experiences I have ever had. My package didn’t make it to me at first, so I contacted customer service and had a response within an hour. I explained my situation and Kat did everything she could to troubleshoot with me, then to follow up on the delivery, and then to send me out a replacement. She contacted me again when the package had shipped and offered to reach out for first time set up assistance. Her emails were friendly and personable and the entire process could not be easier. Link definitely has a fan in me!

Works great! Won’t fall off and is easy to put in collar.

I am just starting to use the Link collar for my dog. So far I like it. The five star rating is for the great customer service that I have received each time I called. Thanks for helping me out with getting my dog collar set up.

Initially I loved my Link, but after some time it has not worked properly more often than not. Customer service is great, but the problem persisted so much I chose to buy a new unit (like I said, I love this product when it actually works). It was (and is) very disappointing I had to spend the additional money for a new unit when the company should have replaced the unit for me for free.

I love the Link AKC. I have two retired greyhounds who love to run. With the Link AKC I know that if they manage to sneak out of the house or yard I will be able to track them.

The battery life is a drawback. I don’t get more than 20 - 24 hours of usage. If you aren’t careful, the link will be recharging when your dog does a runner. Otherwise, I’m pleased. (Original rating 3 stars)

I'll have to say Pet Link's customer service is a plus 5. They contacted me before the day was over and said I would have a replacement in the mail due to the bad battery. I never expected a replacement of a three-year-old link but that is exactly what they did.

They said the battery should last three days. If mine had lasted that long I would have rated it a 5 star.
