Liam is always prompt with replies and works extremely hard behind the scenes to get things completed before deadlines. He is also good at motivating others to work quickly on your behalf.

I’ve used Joe McGarry at Liquid Expat before on a couple of occasions. He never fails to deliver an immediate solution.

This time, my matter was quite complex but he helped me navigate and suggested the perfect solution for my situation and recommended an award winning lender who worked speedily to bring about a swift completion fr my house purchase.

I did first try a couple of other brokers this time before going back to Liquid Expat which was a fatal mistake!! I’ve learned my lesson and will not waste valuable time again and always return to Liquid Expat. I cannot recommend Joe McGarry at Liquid Expat highly enough as he always delivers!! Thanks Joe.

We were in a difficult position trying to remortgage on a buy to let for our property in the UK but living and working in Peru and getting paid in dollars not sterling, with payslips in Spanish etc, plus having to put up with our five hour time difference.
